awful. tasted horrible, really hard to draw, i threw away a good third of it after I found myself lighting it every 5 mins trying to get a draw from it :'( very disappointed. Ive tried a few JOSE L PIEDRA cigars now and never had one i liked and ill never buy their cigars ever again.

Joya De Nicaragua Antano CT Corona Gorda Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Saturday 24 February, 2024
This is hands down the best Connecticut cigar I've had in my short time smoking cigars, had Davidoff Special R, Grand Cru, AJ Enclave CT and others but this has been a stand out! Beautiful smooth creamy smoke texture, fantastic draw and construction, the wrapper is a sight to behold. Notes of toast, lightly roasted nuts, cedar and sweet milk light roast coffee. Smoked the corona gorda as I prefer sub 50 ring gauges. Initially paired it with a Cr?ment d'Alsace then switched to a Diplomatico Reserva mid way through. I think this is a fantastic value option for someone who likes milder profile cigars.

Juliany Maduro Robusto Cigar - 1 Single

I just love the aroma, it's so sublime. A creamy smoke, love the spice (I taste it more on the retro hail). The earth is interesting taste and an after taste on the tongue with slight sweet. I have smoked the corona, and they are the same taste and aroma. It does take a bit to get used to a 50 ring gauge. Yes, you would have to touch it up and relighted it once (still smoking it), this is not a major factor for me, unless there is uneveness and constant relighting. So, this gets a solid 4, only because I have had other cigars that where 5 stars.

Juan Lopez Seleccion No. 1 Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Sunday 11 February, 2024
Very good draw and burn and held ash well First and last third medium to strong smoke. Did not find it complex and middle third was slightly ashy Prefer the No 2 if given a choice. Maybe the other one I purchased will develop if left to rest for a while

Jose L Piedra Petit Caballeros Cigar - Pack of 3
Date Added: Sunday 04 February, 2024
Decent taste, but I had a rather serious issue regarding two of the three sticks in the pack; they burned extremely unevenly. I don't know whether that is merely bad luck, perhaps or a more serious issue.
