Fratello Classico Fuoco Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Sunday 12 April, 2026
This cigar came as my mystery cigar and initially I was very happy about this. I’m not one to judge a cigar by the size as I smoked many smaller cigars that have been outstanding. Upon first light I smoked through the closed foot which was spicy and woody. I found this pleasant. As I got into the first third of the cigar it already had a heavy bitterness that you may find at the very end of any other cigar. This bitterness increased in intensity as I smoked through the cigar and found myself regularly reaching for my coffee to balance out the taste. I didn’t get many tasting notes from this cigar apart from bitter burnt notes, heavy antique wood notes and the occasional burnt caramel. One silver lining of this cigar is the construction. I was able to smoke the cigar without ashing it and even managed to stand it up on its ash when I was finished with it. Overall I was disappointed by the cigar and would not smoke it again.

Firstly I must say this is a small cigar, but it looks really good, label, pig tail and closed foot maks it look really good. Said that it's the best thing about it. Strength! It is a strong cigar I don't mind strong cigars but this one is... To over powering. Construction. The one I got was very firmly rolled And didn't burn even at all for just under 4 inch I had to correct it multiple times. So all the way I had to pay attention to how it burns. Flavour. It wasn't bad but nothing special the strength was so overwhelming I didn't enjoy it as a matter of fact I would not buy it for a fiver (price of it is over 15 pound I do not recommend it, maybe it's just the one I got that happens but there's a lot better cigars. Took me over 45 minutes to smoke but I had to relight it twice One of the worst cigars I ever had, actually I can only remember one cigar that was as bad

Foundation Charter Oak CT Broadleaf Lonsdale Cigar - 1 Single

A beautiful dark wrapper on a well constructed cigar with good draw and even burn, a straight forward flavour, perhaps lacking the development I look for throughout a cigar but this is almost certainly down to personal preferance, rather than any fault of the cigar.

I dont usually go for mild cigars, I usually can't pick up the subtle flavour notes. But when the occasion calls for it, sitting in the sun with an espresso, this one was really nice! Creamy, nutty and sweet honey. Great construction. Didn't need any touch ups at all.

Hands down one of the best cigars I've ever had, construction, smoke output and flavour profile is phenomenal, also one of the best looking cigars on the market, the band artwork is incredible. Almost black wrapper, very toothy, initially it feels dry; however, it coats the palte and fingers with oils. It also feels tightly packed, i did expect a tight draw; however, it was near perfect using a V cut, smoke output was vast and burn whilst not razor sharp was nice and straight with zero corrections needed. Make no mistake, this is a flavour bomb with full strength and full body, it will punish you for not eating beforehand, I wouldn't recommend it for beginners. Flavours are smooth but exceptionally strong espresso coffee upfront alongside dark, bittersweet chocolate, shifts to a light cedar and old leather, finish is dry cacao and a touch of roasted nut, massive amounts of spicy black pepper throughout. Absolutely glorious cigar, definitely try it.
