Kendal Black Irish XXX Pipe Tobacco (Loose)
Date Added: Monday 06 July, 2026
Best cut with a cigar cutter into thin slices then rubbed out. This is a definite full on smoke. I found it like a slightly burnt steak served on a leather motorcycle seat. Smoked cool, and stayed lid even when packed a touch wet. The room note will most likely leave you with very few friends, and those that remain are likely induct you into a 1% outlaw motorcycle gang. Of course that could all simply be a dream from the very strong nicotine that will knock you out if you overdo it. Lovely stuff.

Kristoff GC Signature Series Robusto Cigar - 1 Single

Nice flavour, easy to remove pigtail. Kept going out, unreliable burn. Had to adjust or relight about 4 times. Wouldn't buy again.

Kristoff Ligero Maduro Robusto Cigar - 1 Single

I found this cigar difficult to start burning, needed slightly more draw than I'm used to, to keep it alight. Lots of smoke and a strong taste. I enjoyed this cigar with a coffee but the cigar did become too strong personally for me after around halfway through. Perfect though if you do enjoy a strong tasting cigar.

Kristoff Ligero Maduro Robusto Cigar - 1 Single

The first thing that strikes you about this cigar is its appearance. The wrapper is extremely dark and slightly forbidding, giving the impression that you're in for a serious smoke. Construction was generally good, although I found it difficult to light with wooden cigar matches and eventually had to reach for the blue-flame lighter to get it going. The draw produced nice dense smoke. If you enjoy that classic smoky poker-room atmosphere, this cigar certainly delivers and makes for an entertaining experience. The burn wasn't perfect, and I had to touch it up several times. It also needed a few relights whenever I left it for more than a minute between draws. Flavour-wise, this is a robust cigar with plenty of character. Coffee bean notes present throughout, ideal paired to a strong black coffee or a coffee liqueur. There is also a dark chocolate quality from the wrapper that gives the cigar an interesting mouthfeel. Strength is definitely on the higher side, so I wouldn't recommend this as a beginner's cigar or as an easy-going mid-morning smoke. Smokers who normal

Kristoff Original Criollo Robusto Cigar - 1 Single

Received the Kristoff as my 'mystery' cigar for £10. Absolutely fantastic cigar even at its original price. Medium to full, slightly more on the full side, full of rich tastes and aroma. Burned evenly and with a good draw right to the end. Would recommend.

Kristoff Ligero Maduro Robusto Cigar - 1 Single

One of the strongest cigars I ever had. Like many other Kristoff cigars this one looks like a piece of art, rustic old school look is very cool. I definitely enjoyed it especially second third very nice! But it was too strong for me and first and third pert was quite bitter, it did pair nice with strong sweet black coffee. That said it was too strong for me. Construction was not perfect draw was very good but it didn't burned even maybe because being so strong I did smoked it very slowly. It is not a cigar for me too strong and not sweet enough, definitely not for beginners.
