This one came in a sampler alongside some Gurkha cigars and, having seen several positive reviews, I was keen to see what all the fuss was about.
Flavour wise, I can understand the praise. It started beautifully smooth and was developing into a very enjoyable little smoke. I gave it my usual V cut and for the first half the draw was good, the flavour was pleasant and everything seemed to be heading in the right direction.
Unfortunately, I think I simply got unlucky with the construction. The body of the cigar felt reasonably soft, but the mouthpiece end was unusually hard. As the smoke progressed the draw became increasingly restricted until it was eventually far too tight to enjoy properly.
I ended up having to use a straight cut further down than I would normally like in order to remove the harder section. That immediately improved the draw, but by then the wrapper began to unravel and the cigar was fighting a losing battle.
It was a shame because underneath the construction issue there was clearly a very decent cigar trying to get out.

I've been smoking the red label for quite some time and when I saw these bundled at 10 for £75 I thought it was time to try the blues.
First impressions was very scruffy and hurriedly assembled. The wrapper was obviously not off the top of the good pile, lots of veins, dinks and lifting edges and the cap really was an afterthought. This really had the look of a Friday afternoon special and not what I'd expect from Inca.
HOWEVER! the stick smoked great. Really nice draw, not too loose. Burnt well, only a couple of wanders off paste that were easily corrected by simple rotation. Ash solid to past an inch.only thing for me was I had to give it a couple of pulls to get the volume of smoke I like.
Flavours - absolutely nothing harsh or offensive here. Tasting notes pretty much spot on but again, for me, a very blended taste profile rather than any stand out flavour, this stayed pretty much constant through the stick with it ramping up in the last third.
For me, a cigar from a favored maker that promised more. Badly let down by its shabby presentation that is not the norm for

Use a v-cutter on these. It is the second time I have tried these cigars and I must say in my opinion the cut type you use makes a huge impact on the taste of the cigar, my first I used a straight cut and I felt a bit underwhelmed to be honest, it was quite harsh and left a tar taste in my mouth for ages, but the second one using a v-cutter changed the cigar completely, smooth rich full bodied enjoyable flavour.

As others have stated this cigar also gave me quite a tight draw, making it a little bit less enjoyable to smoke, but that being said, for the money I don’t think it is a bad cigar and is one that is worth trying.

Wow super impressive cigar for the money, a bargain in my opinion, medium to strong but consistent flavour throughout the whole cigar, with a v-cut a very consistent draw, I highly recommend this to any new smoker..

My absolute favorite short smoke. Great smooth creamy flavour. Super burn and lots of smoke. Very satisfying. Will be a permanent feature in my humidor now. Love them
