Blackbird Unkind Corona Cigar - 1 Single by Andrew

The cigar has a nice open draw. On light up I get a blast of black pepper through the retro hale. The draw flavours are notes of leather, the smoke is like a thick cream. The flavours develop into an oily brazil nut with cream. The 2nd third sees the flavours deepen, I get notes of oak and coffee. The final third is heavy with oak and nutty notes. A great smoke, full of flavour, perfect burn.

Blackbird Crow Corona Cigar - 1 Single by David

Received as mystery selection. I have tried others from the blackbird line before finch and jackdaw which were both very good. Crow however was much stronger than the previous two and was extremely peppery all the way through. I’m saying that it did have a very complex mix of flavours with the first third having tones of cardamom and walnuts, before developing into a bitter dark chocolate with earthy undertones the final third was too strong for me but if you enjoy complex spicy flavours then you would love this. A great mystery selection

Blackbird Unkind Corona Cigar - 1 Single by Tomasz

I got this cigar as a mystery cigar. It is a second cigar I got from that offer from Blackbird. It took me just over an hour to smoke it. Construction was impeccable even burn and good draw. It's very complex it starts with very earthy with nice pepper spice to it. 2nd third was best in my opinion much sweeter with chocolate-coffee Last third a bit bitter coffee expresso But I very enjoyed this cigar

When I first started smoking a pipe my tobacco of choice was Dunhill London Mixture. I still have a sealed tin of it. However I was informed by one of the staff at C Gars that Dunhill was stopping production of tobacco. Shock , horror! As we know Peterson took over. The London Mixture was dropped altogether, I replaced it with 965 as an alternative. I didn’t lose anything because this a first class English and as such this has been my choice ever since.

Really nice. Lit and burned well and consistently and there was a very deep espresso and chocolate flavour. The final third introduced a spicy pepper flavour that finished it off quite nicely. Lasted about 45 mins
