I bought this from the store and was very excited. I found it a huge disappointment. Very tight draw which made it an effort to smoke. Didn’t get any of the tasting notes I had read about it. Yet again Cuban cigars are too inconsistent - by all accounts this is meant to be a great smoke!

A nice smoke, I didnt get coconut, nuttiness or fruitiness but that could just be my taste buds are hammered. I did get an enjoyable mild smoke and will be revisiting it first thing of a morning to give it a fairer chance. Its been up against some strong tasting opposition today. I do reccomend it because its nice.

thought i would try this as really liking the linea retro rang with hoyo and hupmann versions becoming a regular favourite-this was very nice quite light like the other versions but not as much cuban twang as the others so will stick to the others in linea retro range-only partagas left to try now

The C.Gars brand offers a budget new world smoke which is both easy to enjoy and stylish in appearance. Worth buying a box for an everyday smoke.

Punch Coronations Tubed Cigar - 1 Single

Purchased this cigar and kept it for several months. I didn't initially have a humidor and took no steps to renourish the cigar once my humidor was seasoned.
The cigar however, still smoked brilliantly. I would like to say this was the first ever cigar I tried back when it was priced £11.99; I bought a box of 25 and smoked them over a period of 4 years without knowing anything about keeping cigars in premium condition. Every single one, from its boxed stored in a cool dry place smoked incredibly well and the purchase from C.Gars was no different.
A very resilient cigar, a robust robusto! Would recommend.
