Aladino Corojo Petit Corona Cigar - 1 Single by Jason

This little cigar was a very pleasant surprise. I gave it a V cut and the draw was excellent, with just the right amount of resistance. It started off beautifully creamy and smooth, then gradually developed more peppery notes as it burned down, giving it far more character than I was expecting from something this size. It actually came in a pack alongside some much larger Gurkha cigars, so if I am being honest, I was not expecting this to be one of the standouts. It rather quietly proved me wrong. Good construction, lovely progression of flavour and a draw that behaved itself throughout. Sometimes the little ones sneak up on you. I will absolutely be smoking this again soon.

Arturo Fuente Hemingway Between the Lines Cigar - 1 Single by Jason

This has to be one of my favourite cigars of all time. Absolutely incredible in every respect, from the draw and construction to the flavour from start to finish. I particularly love the unusual shape. It makes the whole experience more interesting because the cigar seems to strengthen and soften in flavour as you work your way through it, so it never becomes predictable. The draw is superb and the flavours are rich, balanced and genuinely memorable. This is one of those cigars I would happily recommend without hesitation. If there were one cigar I thought every cigar smoker should try at least once, this would be very high on the list. An exceptional smoke.

Arturo Fuente Hemingway Short Story Cigar - 1 Single by Scott

Great cigar, instant notes of cedar and pepper, flavour changed throughout the blend, after hearing so many great things of the great Fuente brand, this was a delight to smoke, take your time for a splendid 45 minute smoke, the Hemingway is certainly the smoke you’d expect, perfect from start to finish.

American Blends Kentucky N (Formerly Kentucky Nougat) Pipe Tobacco (Loose) by Chas

Not bad, but nothing to write home about. Tin note is very nice, room note does not particularly smell of nougat, just warm and pleasant. I asked my wife what she thought and she said it just smelled like a nice tobacco, and when I said it was nougat she said she definitely didn't get that aroma, and she has a pretty good sense of smell. I never left this out to dry so it needed quite a few relight at the start but I never got any tongue bite from it, so it's quite mild. I did find this reminiscent of C&Ds Autumn Evening, but I think I'd just go for that blend instead of this one if that's what I wanted. A nice smoke, but there are better out there.

Antonio Gimenez Selection Sampler - 4 Cigars by Jon

Really enjoyed these cigars - purchased for a morning smoke. The draw was very easy whether punch or straight cut. Medium flavour and were perfect with a coffee. Slightly uneven burn so had to even up a couple of times but other than that, for the money, I thought they were a very pleasant smoke. Well worth a try and I will probably purchase again.

Arturo Fuente Gran Reserva Curly Head Deluxe Cigar - 1 Single by Stuart

Quite soft, creamy notes well balanced by peppery spice. Final third appeared to get softer and smoother. Took a while to smoke, given its size, but felt well made/constructed and only needed one relight. Am intrigued to try more from this brand!
