Drew Estate Undercrown Shade Robusto Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Monday 15 June, 2026
Started off mild and bland. I wondered if I had made a mistake with this cigar choice, but soon, as the cigar burnt through, there were lots of flavours released which were very pleasant. Not too strong for me and not too mild, just perfect. The cigar burnt perfectly even and the draw was good. A cigar I would definitely choose again. Tasted great all the way to my fingers!

Kristoff Ligero Maduro Robusto Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Monday 15 June, 2026
I found this cigar difficult to start burning, needed slightly more draw than I'm used to, to keep it alight. Lots of smoke and a strong taste. I enjoyed this cigar with a coffee but the cigar did become too strong personally for me after around halfway through. Perfect though if you do enjoy a strong tasting cigar.

H. Upmann Connoisseur No. 2 Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Sunday 14 June, 2026
The H. Upmann Connoisseur No. 2 delivers a wonderfully balanced and refined smoking experience. Creamy smoke, cedar, subtle earthiness and natural sweetness combine to create a flavourful yet approachable cigar. Construction and draw were excellent throughout, producing ample smoke and a consistently enjoyable profile. Elegant rather than overpowering, this remains one of the most satisfying cigars I have smoked and is currently the benchmark against which I judge other cigars. Highly recommended.

Romeo y Julieta No. 3 Tubed Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Sunday 14 June, 2026
A pleasant enough flavour profile centred around cedar and smooth tobacco, but the smoking experience was significantly undermined by a persistently tight draw! The No 2 was slightly tight but opened up quickly my. The No 1 was near perfect so I had high hopes for the No 3 as it's a shorter smoke. Despite smoking into the final third, performance never improved and smoke production remained disappointing. While the flavour was "agreeable", there was insufficient enjoyment to justify the effort required (and the price in this instance). The only way I'd purchase another would be if it came as part of a sampler unfortunately.

Cornell & Diehl Haunted Bookshop Pipe Tobacco (Loose)

Very enjoyable blend when you want something a bit strong with a kick. I personally love the room aroma from this but it's an acquired smell. Smokes very well with few relights needed, which suits as you need to take this slow. No tongue bite experienced unless you really go for it, in which case your head will also be spinning. Dark, full of flavour, and definitely one to try if you like the heavier stuff.

Oliva Serie V Melanio Edicion Ano 2025 Robusto Extra - 1 Single - LIMITED EDITION
Date Added: Sunday 14 June, 2026
Hands down the best cigar I've ever had...with the possible exception of The Tabernacle David, although this probably edges just ahead. Beautiful looking cigar, lovely dark tan, exceptionally toothy but massively oily wrapper. The tri bands are as with all limited edition Olivia cigars noticeable but classy. Construction is absolutely phenomenal, cut with a single V the draw is about as perfect as you'll ever experience producing thick, brilliant white smoke, burn line is the sharpest I've ever seen with no corrections needed throughout the entire smoke. Ash retention is somewhat hypnotic...it just holds on dropping at the halfway point to reveal a perfect cone. Flavour profile is dry leather alongside a rich hazelnut, pecan and walnut with a light coffee, shifts to bittersweet dark chocolate and cacao powder, ends with strong espresso, there's also a delicious caramel and sweet raisin note throughout. It's an imposing cigar taking a good 90 minutes to smoke; however, body never exceeds medium and strength remains low until the final third where it
