This was my first mystery cigar that disappointed me, what a shame! Started off okay and I got some decent woody notes from it, but as it progressed this got pretty bitter and unpleasant. The ash didn't hold very well and the burn was inconsistent. I'm a slow smoker anyway but slowing even more and frequent purging couldn't rescue this for me unfortunately.

I received this cigar today as a mystery cigar, and I’m pleased with it. I’ve read some of the other reviews, and I will say that the one I had burned well right to the end. The construction was good, the burn was even, and it stayed well-lit with minimal effort. I retrohale a lot and really enjoyed the spicy, peppery notes.
It was my first cigar after a week-long break, and it was a nice reintroduction!
I wouldn’t put this cigar at the top of my list, but that certainly doesn’t mean I wouldn’t recommend it. I’d be more than happy to receive this cigar again!

This is a perfect everyday smoke which doesn't break the bank, although there is less development than I would like. You get the same quality of construction you would expect with any Perdomo stick, but in an approachable size. I keep the humidity stocked with these for beginners.

Sadly I can't leave a review on my pipe as it has obviously been sold, to me. I will instead add my thoughts to this one for anyone wondering whether to buy it. The shape is definitely eye catching and sits very comfortable in the hand. I find the oversized stem very comfortable and as my first 9mm, it delivers wonderfully. The bowl holds about a 45 to 60 minute smoke, and I use 6mm balsa filters to help with moisture but allowing plenty air flow. It can be clenched, but this is a nice holding pipe really. I would highly recommend it, a bargain price, and very good quality (though maybe expect a bit of filler visible under the clear coat).

A genuinely great smoke. It has that classic Lakeland aroma but doesn't overpower in Lakeland taste. Whilst containing dark tobacco, this is quite a medium blend with a touch of clove spice and light floral in the retrohale. It rubs out easily, burns slow and cool, and could easily sway people into Lakeland blends without hitting them over the head with it. Whilst not the most memorable flavour, this is an all day blend for those who don't want the too light EMP style.
