I’m new to cigars so I have been trying quite a few different ones and ranging different in prices but these c.gars double Dutch surprised me, for 3 quid they are a bargain, better then some 3 times the price, light flavour abut quite a loose draw.

Conquistador Robusto Cigar - 1 Single

As a morning coffee, relaxing in the garden smoke, I think these cigars are way beyond their price point! For me, enjoying a cigar is all about time and place. This cigar is always a pleasure as my mid morning smoke. I always buy the Gran Toro, and have never been disappointed! Nice and white/ nutmeg peppery on the light up (as most good Esteli cigars are!) Creamy, vanilla notes, with a lovely wafer note through the second third, and a cedar/ oakey end to the cigar. The construction, in my experience, is exemplary! Fantastic even burn, white to light gray ash that holds on well, and I very, very rarely need to touch up. I’ve never had to relight and smoke output is fantastic! I’ve experienced significantly more issues with significantly more expensive cigars from the big name brands! I’d love to know which factory rolls these cigars, but it appears to be a bit of a secret! I have, and will, be buying more of these wonderful cigars!

This has been sitting in my humidor for at least half a year before I got around to it. Construction was perfect, with a guillotine cut I got a great draw and zero tobacco bits in my mouth. Burn line was smooth, and it also straightened itself out a few times with no help on my part, plus it burned slowly. It was a windy day when I had this, so I feel the weather had some hand in putting this cigar out a number of times, as I had to relight it more than once. The flavours never really changed for me throughout the cigar however, it was creamy, very woody, with a spicy aftertaste that lasted a few seconds. Overall it was enjoyable, and lasted at least 2 hours for me, as I am a slow smoker. Would I get again? Possibly, but I am still early in the cigar journey and have lots of other cigars to try first.

This brand is quickly becoming one of my favourites for a reliable, cost‑effective cigar. The Picadores Corona delivers a smooth, balanced flavour with that creamy, coffee‑like profile Curivari does so well. The draw was easy, the burn stayed steady, and it offered a genuinely satisfying smoke from start to finish. For the price, it’s hard to beat consistently good quality without breaking the bank.

The overall appearance of this cigar isn’t as polished as some of the others I’ve tried, but once lit it proved to be a genuinely good smoke. The draw was smooth, the flavours came through nicely, and it stayed consistent from start to finish. It might not win any beauty contests, but it definitely delivers where it matters
