Perdomo 10th Anniversary Connecticut Robusto Cigar - 1 Single

I?ve smoked 2 now and what a lovely cigar. Mild to medium but with some complexity lacking in many similar cigars. Beautiful construction. Perfect draw and burn. Punches way above its price. Will be adding many more to my humidor in time.

Trinidad Media Luna Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Tuesday 20 August, 2024
The WOOOOOORST!! cigar ever I smoked!! Absolute waste of time and money!! I should say- tried to smoke!! Because of its impossible to smoke. Keeping in m ind the price- for sure not worth to take a risk/ gamble. Were are lots of good Cuban and New World cigars in that price range. Very frustrated and dissapointed. From now and forever- Trinidad is on my Black List. I should say this so called brand do not exist to me!! The build- very very bad!! Cigar is very uneven. On one side its stone hard on another/ loose. Almost you can feel open/ unfilled spaces under the wrapper. Feels/ looks like no binder around filler or binder is damaged/ cracked. Not straight cut at the end. Looks like it was turn around for a couple of times to make a cut; The draw- very very very bad. Very awfull!! I like to have a few draws of unlighted cigar. Especially when I try a new for me. Love to feel the taste the smell. The draw itself. Straight away after cutting you realize that the draw is very very very bad. Almost impossible to make. At this point you not realizing how bad it is yet. You will face i

I was given one of these cigars when I attended the August tasting evening at Cgars Great Yarmouth. At first draw I found it to be very earthy but upon smoking, it became more and more enjoyable. It was an even burn and stayed lit most of the smoke. It had hints of cocca and gave a bitter sweet taste, a lot like a strong dark chocolate. There was peppery overtones and was a very nice smoke. I had it sitting in the garden on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Because of the sweetness of this cigar, It would work well with a whisky that has been matured in sherry casks such as a Lindores Sherry Release Lowlands Single Malt that that I purchased at the event in Cgars in Great Yarmouth or it would pair perfectly with a vintage port. Maybe a full bodied red wine? At the end of the smoke, it stayed constant and did not get too hot as some cigars do. I started towards the end to get notes of cedar and could detect ripe berries. This is why I feel that it would go with a port or full bodied red. It had three distinct caps and would properly be easy to cut, although, and this might upset the purists,

Rocky Patel Vintage 1990 Broadleaf Cigar - Tin of 5
Date Added: Sunday 18 August, 2024
A really enjoyable cigar. Burns evenly with a nice amount of smoke. Well constructed, not tight but with a pleasant draw. Lasts about 45 mins but that perhaps just me. I left one with the wrapper undone for a few weeks and found this made it far smoother but still a strong flavour.
