Bolivar Petit Coronas Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Sunday 27 October, 2013
This was a great smoke. Nice smooth pepper tastes with hints of spice that's not over powering. The draw was very smooth and not too tight and the ash was solid and held well together. I had this in the sun in my back yard in New Zealand with a great glass of red. A fantastic smoke and would recommend to anyone.

Inka Secret Blend Red Half Corona Cigar - Pack of 4
Date Added: Wednesday 23 October, 2013
I bought these because I wanted to try something different to my usual Cuban & Nicaraguan cigars. They had fair to good reviews as well, so on the order they went. I wasn't expecting too much in the way of taste or quality, probably based on price I suppose. Well, was I wrong on both accounts! It was a little veiny near the foot which gave it an uneven burn to start with but soon evened out & developed a tight fine ash which refused to fall off until past 2 inches! Nice strong spice notes throughout the cigar which linger on the pallet after you've finished. These would be great with a strong coffee & 20-30 mins to spare. Definatly buying again, at this price you can't go wrong!

Davidoff Grand Cru No. 5 Cigar - Pack of 5

These were given to me as a present, they are not usually the type of cigar I go for, I prefer the thicker 50 ring gauge, but I was nicely surprised by the longevity of the smoke. Not a strong cigar but very a smokey and full flavoured experience. I smoked mine with W&J Grahams Vintage Port 2008 and a very fine accompaniment it turned out to be. I would recommend both to everyone to try.

NUB by Oliva Connecticut Torpedo 464 Cigar - 1 Single

Having not had a Nub before this seemed like a good choice but now I regret buying it. The smell out of the package was great, nice hints of coffee and caramel but after lighting it up the greatness ended. very tight draw, was almost impossible to get a good amount of smoke out of it and it got worse as it went down. Around the half way mark towards the final 3rd I had to stop, couldn't draw on it and it had taken an hour. Taste was very mild, not many flavors jumping out just mild creamy tobacco throughout. Think I will stick to my cheaper cigars in the future.

Trinidad Reyes Cigar - 1 Single

Anyone looking to start smoking Cuban cigars, this is the smoke for you. Pleasant and very tasty, this cigar allows you to enjoy aromas without being disturbed by harsh tobacco flavours, the cigar has excellent construction, a good draw with tastes of fruity hay similar to the Rafael Gonzalez Perlas but more refined, strength light to medium first and second thirds medium towards full in the final third, give them at least a couple of weeks rest in your humidor and you will have an excellent 45 minutes plus smoke.
