My first of the three behikes and I wasnt disappointed, I had this beauty in my humidor for about a year and was waiting for the right occasion to smoke it. On first lighting I knew I was in for a treat. Even burn, light grey solid ash, plentyful smoke and the taste..... Roast beef yorkshire puddings and roast potatoes topped off with a rich gravy. I know that sounds mad, but it was that full bodied,like a good red wine, it had a depth of flavour that went on and on, i didnt want it to stop. Looking forward to now smoking the other two sizes, but that will have to wait untill I have replaced all three in my humidor. I know that they are at the upper end budget wise, but you get at least an hour of pure pleasure from a 52. Bite the bullit, its cheaper than a thai massage and twice as relaxing!!!!!

Not a great cigar aficionado but have smoked the usual Romeo e Juliette , Punch etc. This was by far the best cigar I have smoked to date. It tastes like the the ideal you have in your mind but rarely achieve upon lighting up.
For the price you can certainly afford to give them a try.

Thought I'd give this size of cigar a go and bought one of these, a Chinchalero Novillo Fuerte Maduro, a La Rica Gordito and a La Rica Gordito Maduro.
When I opened the bag they came in, there was a strong smell of the camel house at Chester Zoo. Being relatively new to cigars and none of the cigars I'd previously bought smelling like this, I was a bit worried that I'd bought duds. Took a quick look at some forums and the conscensus strangely appeared to be that the more they smelt like manure the better the cigar would taste. Hurrah for the conscensus!
This cigar had the peppery taste I like in Cuban cigars though it wasn't as strong as I'd like. Overall it lasted about an hour or so. The cigar got a bit messy at the end but I'd more than had my monies worth by then.
If I had room in my humidor I'd buy a box of these as well as the Fuerte Maduro. As it is I had a slight preference for the Maduro so I'm buying a box of them instead. Though I'll definitely be buying a box of these when my previous choice of cheaper cigars - Jose L Piedra - run out.

This cigar had a lovely chocolatey taste that I'd say wasn't far off the Montecristo Grand Edmundo 2010 I'd recently tried and was a fifth of the price. There was over an hour of smoking to be had as well. It's hard to tell how long exactly because I tend not to smoke them all in one go.
I was so impressed that lacking the cash to buy the company, I've settled for ordering a box of 20.

just realised when reading back my review that I forgot to mention that after the first third, the cigar mellowed out an become a very easy, quite mild smoke, and lasted until only an inch remained before it became a bit hot. :)

I bought one of these out of curiosity a few days ago, and popped it in the humidor - couldn't resist the urge to try it, and have just finished a very pleasant 45 minute smoke. The first third of the cigar was quite spicy/tingly to me with a nice flavour and plenty of smoke. It burned very evenly and held it's ash well. I'm going to order ten of these for smoking as a very good, very reasonably priced cigar. I'd recommend a glass or two of port to go with it, they went together very well. :)
