The Signature Blue (formerly Café Crème) is about as easy-going as it gets. It’s a mild little cigarillo that doesn’t hang around for long - you’re done in about 3-4 minutes. The flavour is smooth with just a touch of sweetness, not heavy or harsh, making it a good pick if you just fancy a quick puff without committing to a full cigar. Value-wise they’re decent too, as you can grab a tin without breaking the bank. Nothing fancy, but reliable and enjoyable for a short smoke break.

It has been the first time smoking this cigar, I had high hopes as I had heard good things about it, however my experience was not too positive. The draw was impossible hard, the burn was very uneven despite multiples touch ups, the flavour - nonexistent. I shall buy one more in hopes that it will be different.

Excellent quality at a very low price! Brilliant construction, smooth draw, the most even burn I’ve seen a cigar for a long time, did not need any touch ups. In terms of the flavour profile, it as expected at this price point. There are some hints of expresso and dark chocolate but ever so faint. At this price point this cigar cannot be judged too harshly.

Have smoked over 100 of these. Quality has always been consistent. Had no trouble with construction, lighting or draw. Not too mild to be boring and a perfect smoke any time of day. Best kept in a humidor or pack. Do not let them dry out. For the price it's an easy 5 stars.

AVO Classic Uvezian Puritos - Tin of 10

After sampling a single AVO Classic Uvezian Purito, I ordered a tin of ten.
Sadly I have found them quite inconsistent in two areas.
The first being drawing; so far 3 of 6 smoked the draw has been so tight I have had to try cutting short lengths off to get an acceptable draw. This has been between 20mm and 40mm, not really acceptable.
The second being flavour; 4 of these six have been bitter and harsh.
A disappointment following the lovely flavor and draw of the original sample.
A waste of over £50.

This is first cigar i smoked from my August subscription and wow. What a cigar. Smooth, flavoursome, good level of smoke and a great draw. I would definitely purchase these separately and have already added it to my favourites list. Hope the rest of the subscription cigars are as good as this one.
