When you read in the description of a tobacco "perfect for blending with flavoured tobaccos" you know it's not going to have much of its own. I occasionally substitute this for my favourite straight Virginia, Royal Yacht, just for a change. It is an ok tobacco, mild, cool smoking and definitely benefits from a few drops of Bourbon to tweak what little flavour it has.
Since it is sold loose and because the quality does seem to vary somewhat it is fair to say that when fresh it merits four stars. Alas, this month's delivery was a bit dry and at best deserves no more than three.

Punch Punch Cigar - 1 Single

Lovely! Well made, light to medium cigar for when you dont want anything to heavy. Reminds me why my favourites are always from Cuba. Its a bit like Champgane or Cognac, there are good examples made elsewhere but nothing beats the real deal.Perfect draw, good construction and flavoursome enjoyable smoke. Buy a handful for your humidor and you wont be disappointed.

Favourite cigar to date. Im not very experienced but what I found was it was very creamy all the way through. I was surprised when into the 2/3 i started to get abit of spice which I really enjoyed. In the last 3rd there was strong caramel/ honey notes which I have never tasted before. 100% buying more
