Mitchellero Peru Toro Cigar - 1 Single

Aged for 20 months and benefitted greatly from it. Strong Peruvian flavour but mild in overall strength, doesn’t change much if it all throughout but this is actually a benefit, as in the latter stages where cigars usually would become harsh, instead it remained remarkably smooth. The size feels great in hand and is easily a standout amongst the Mitchellero Peru range

Had a box of these as a recent birthday present as I’d really enjoyed one I had in a previous sampler selection. Very pleasant mild smoke and now my cigar of choice for the back 9 on the golf course.

Nice cigar 50 mins smoke time, nice draw, even burn. Smoke increases as you move to the 2nd third. Mild flavour but changes as you progress. Great value for price. Paired mine with JD fire for first half then JD honey and shot of tequila for last 3rd. Stars sweet chocolate then spice into last 3rd. Not much on the retro hale.

What can I say
Superb construction and draw
First third black coffee and biter dark chocolate
Giving way to smooth chocolate second third
Finishing with a subtle spice with lingering mild tobacco final third.

A very pleasant little smoke. Exceptionally smooth light body, slightly tight on the draw but honestly I'd rather the draw be too tight than too loose. My only criticism is the price: for such a short smoke it's definitely on the more expensive side, but then again it is a Montecristo! I'll be adding a few more of these to my humidor.

I had one of these last night watching the football & was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. very nice & Mild. Perfect for a school night without the Dram. I would definitely recommend even for new smokers.
