Bolivar Royal Corona Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Thursday 09 January, 2020
My first Cuban and what can I say but VERY disappointed! It wouldnÂ’t stay lit and when it did it would only burn down one side no matter how many touch ups. I am so saddened by this as I was excited to try what should have been a great cigar, IÂ’ll stick to my new worlds where I can get great cigars for a lot less money. Such a shame.

Brick House Teaser Cigar - 1 Single

Absolutely delicious! The burn was a bit off but I put that down to my armature lighting technique. Seems to be lasting a long time for such a short cigar. I have to give it 99% for flavour alone.

Not happy with this stick, it did do everything right like the cut the light & burn were all great, however it smoked like dry leaves & did not taste of anything special, cardboard is what I got! Maybe I had a dud as Iv read good things about them, not in any rush to try it again.

Brick House Double Connecticut Toro Cigar - 1 Single

Great in the morning, great for lunch, great in the evening, this light cigar is great all day long. Brilliant cigar if you fancy a light smoke that’s not going to follow you around the rest of the day. Creamy with a Cedar woodsy taste and very little attention required from this Cigar, even burning and good construction. Brickhouse never miss their mark.and the double Connecticut is no exception You will get over an hour from this smoke, easily !

Brick House Double Connecticut Short Torpedo Cigar - 1 Single

Had this cigar recommended to me by a friend and it did not disappoint. Cut around a quarter inch from the top which provided a nice, slightly airy draw for starters but not too lose as to compromise the flavour. The first third consisted of mainly creamy coffee notes while the 2nd and final thirds consisted of more spicy & earthy. Took around 50-55 minutes to get through and paired with a nice Jura single malt which really brought out the creamy side of this gorgeous cigar. Good construction with a nice even burn and a good ash which never fell away until around just past half way down, would definitely recommend especially for just over £10 a stick. Wonderful smoke.

Brick House Double Connecticut Corona Larga Cigar - 1 Single

Just recently discovered this Connecticut range from brick house and have to say I love them. Lots of smoke and a clean, even burn from start to finish. Its a big cigar but gives just over an hour of consistent flavour throughout. Doesnt get hot until the final third and no bitterness the on the tongue. I used to be a RyJ fan but got frustrated by the inconsistency and too many duds. I now much prefer these and am slowly filling my humi with these in their different sizes. A perfect afternoon smoke with a coffee or beer.
