Vegas Robaina Famosos Cigar - 1 Single

This had great potential looked great from the outside, cut cleanly but a prelighting drawn immediately warned me how tight the cigar was. I can not say that I again disappointed at the quality control of Cuban cigars over those from the New World. I prefer Cubans but they are hit and miss and at the current prices that it is fair risk.
When I did achieve a decent mouthful of smoke this cigar was great but so hard to smoke. Cuba needs to raise its game and become more consistent, the products are great BUT expensive and when you spend this sort of money perfection is not an unreasonable expectation, especially from an EMS cigar. Hunters & Frankau take note. I bought two Ramon Allones Specially Selected in St Tropez and they were excellent which begs the question as to whether the UK gets the best anymore.

A lovely smooth smoke with coffee and chocolate with a sweetness on the tongue.

This is a great cigar...! Chocolate and plum came through straight away...!! Such a beautiful construction and even burn...!! Just fabulous...!!

Not happy with this stick, it did do everything right like the cut the light & burn were all great, however it smoked like dry leaves & did not taste of anything special, cardboard is what I got!
Maybe I had a dud as Iv read good things about them, not in any rush to try it again.

I love these, theyre a nice smoke and one of my favourites. Theyre my go to cigars when Im off for a nice walk somewhere.

Tastes nice, quite sweet. Burns evenly, but the draw doesnt fill the mouth as much as Id like. The last third gets bitter towards the end.
