After recently being very impressed by the Clandestino cigar by Nostrano del Brenta I was keen to see how the smaller Campesano compares. I rather enjoy their obstinately rustic, slightly crooked appearance. They are perhaps not so tightly rolled as a Toscano or other Italian cigar of a similar size and maybe this helps them have an easier draw and shorter smoking time. They are reasonably full flavoured without being too strong and show no sign of disintegration when gripped between the teeth whilst you reload the repeater to finish off those banditos, stoke the bbq or whatever else you may be doing at the time. They burned evenly with a nice solid ash stack. I think they offer quite good value as a shorter smoke and I will most likely buy again.

Have to agree with the above review even though it is 4 years old. Smoked one of these as a pay day treat and it was well worth it. Very creamy smoke with superb draw, so often it seems that even with expensive Cuban cigars you have to puff away to get the cigar going but not with the Padron. A real if expensive pleasure, will buy again when I can justify it!

Punchy! Spicy! Feels full flavoured to the taste at the beginning but after the 1st third itÂ’s a light comfortable and pleasant smoke. Perfect when you got an itch that needs scratching. I smoked it on a wet summers Sunday between short sharp showers and it was very rewarding. Nice price, so pick up a pack or two.

Undoubtedly, looks beautiful.
Wrap a little squidgy.
Doesnt cut as clean as a better cigar, but, perhaps thats the blade. It was however a new, cgars cutter.
Wrapper, very tight, wont slide off.
Good robust feel in the hand and the mouth.
Nice smell, cohiba lite, truffly, sweaty, forest floor smell.
Firm, lighting draw, none of the previous squidgy here.
Only a small sweetness on the tongue, not a complex flavour, but not a bad flavour.
Perfectly even burn. Nice ash drop.
Centre third looses the sweetness of the first, but no more complexity. Draw tightens towards the last third.
Hotter n spicer, richer and denser.
A great cheap smoke.

Only bought these yesterday turned up this morning in great condition amazing delivery time a massive thank you to cgars and the team great to deal with as always 👌 now the cigar , Im a massive fan of the regius cigars they always burn well taste amazing just a great great cigar iv smoked alot being my everyday smoke and iv yet to experience a bad one I tried them all to my knowledge and this one has just become my new favourite lasted me about 50 minutes just fab, some earthy flavours some sea salt which I love and the box they came in isnt to shabby neither if I could give them a higher score than 5 I wouldnt hesitate I highly recommend trying if you havnt already

Simply stunning. The Chocolate aroma as you unwrap this beautiful lady is mouth watering.. so smooth and creamy all the way to the last 1/3 when admittedly got a bit too peppery for my tongue, but still my new favourite cigar and just bought a box! .
Can’t believe how this leaves every Cuban I’ve tried so far in its rear view mirror and can see why it won cigar of the year.
