Others will no doubt have other different ways of deciding in which order to smoke their monthly cigar subscriptions, be it lucky dip or some complicated methodology. For me I take just a brief look at what is in the package without any research and then order them into what I think will be worst to best in overall terms. I then smoke them (starting with my perceived worst) as and when I feel like over the course of the month in between my regular cigar smokes. This month was no exception and the Quorum Shade Grown Robusto was my first smoke out of the August selection subscription box. What a lovely cigar it was, mild, smooth and easygoing. A most pleasant 45 minutes and the other cigars now certainly have a lot to live up to when it comes to their turn!

At the lowest end of the budget this pipe does everything its supposed to, with the correct pack it burns solidly and easily a perfect starter pipe for the new folks.

Good construction, even burn, held ash well. First third was good but developed a bitter taste in the second third. Final third much better, developed some spice and good mouth feel. Dont know that Ill rush to buy again as for only a little more there are better smokes out there.

Great smoke at this price point. My first Nicaraguan and I would agree with other reviews. Good construction, even burn, easy draw. Mild in flavour, no bitterness, woody and nutty. Will definitely be buying again

I just smoked this lovely cigar. I’m on a bit of a fuente kick right now and the problem with fuente in they have one of the greatest cigars ever made in the ‘eye of the shark’ (available here for £31.45). So I always measure a fuente on how many sharks I could get for the same price. I can get 2 of these for 1 shark, which is about right.
This is a beautiful smoke and one of the best you can get for the price. It reminds me of a top of the line Davidoff. Caramel, hay, nuts. Great on the retrohale and it rewards patience. Don’t smoke it fast. One long draw every 2 mins rewards the palate. Stunning

Fantastic cigar for only roughly £2.50 each, The cigar has a nutty and creamy taste to it. The cigar is easily lit with a standard match and lasts at least 20 minutes. Reminds me of the Cadbury whole nut chocolate bar. I would definitely recommend this cigar considering I have tried montecristo puritos, Cohiba shorts cigars and the La Invicta shorts cigars and the henri wintermans has surpassed all of the above in terms of structure and flavour.
