I thought I'd try some of this blend just to see what it was like , I was pleasantly surprised, the aroma when you opened the pouch was really nice , it stayed alight and I found it quite mellow and smooth, no tongue bite, gave off a nice room note , so overall I thought it was a nice tobacco and I would buy this again .

Very short smoke. Lasted about four minutes, pleasant flavour at first but disappeared quickly. Ok for someone looking for a light quick smoke.

I smoked this the day after a blue version which I really enjoyed. It is an industrial strength smoke: strong, dry and tart. My eyes were watering at one point. The construction is better, it holds together and doesnt fall apart into a tatty bundle for the final third which the blue one did. A classy smoke, no doubt, but not for the faint hearted. I much preferred the blue version.

Great cigar for the price as it lasted around an hour. Some nice sweet and spicy bold flavours of rich dark coffee, chocolate and spicy cedar, also had a sweet vegetal earthy roundness about it. Very tight construction so the draw was a tad tight but rectified this no problem with a draw tool. Once lit it held the ash very well. What I will say for any new people to a cigar of this gauge is to ensure it is properly lit at the beginning as it takes slightly longer, to avoid problems during the smoke. Felt like that even for the length being short it never wanted to end. Would definitely recommend people to try.

What can I say. A brilliant cigar for an introduction into the davidoff brand. Burned very well from start to finish. This cigar is slightly more on the earthy side but still very mild to the new palette. Lasted around 35 minutes but could even go longer depending on how quickly you smoke. Ash held very well as most of the davidoff cigars do as the construction was A Class as per usual.
