When I first tried this about five years ago,I thought that it would be a bit rough and spicy. However it turned out to be the smoothest English blend that has been my pleasure to smoke.
This is nice and easy and is my favourite of the English offerings. Nic strength also is not as strong as some people believe with high Latakia blends. Latakia makes it smooth and smokey,but it will not blow your head off. Give it a go . Dave N.

This cigar was picked for me by the team in the CGars Chester shop as a decent cigar to practice my cutting and lighting skills on as still a newbie to the scene.
I found it really easy to cut and lit really well, and I have to say for the price was a really pleasant smoke. Still working on my palate so can’t really comment on the flavours but wasn’t too strong or peppery, I did have to relight it a couple of times but that was probably more down to me talking. Plenty or smoke and a pleasant smell, would definitely buy a few to keep in the humidor as an every day smoke.

I really enjoyed this cigar. Cold draw was good. So a great start. It lit first time and I didn’t have to do any touch ups. I think I got a slight touch of marzipan but I can’t be sure. Solid construction, the ash stayed on for at least half of the cigar before I relented and touched the cigar to the ashtray. (One of the wife’s Yankee candle lids) a solid 4 out of 5.

Smoked this cigar 4 days ago and I’ve got to say it was a really steady cigar for the price.i got the sweetness and I think I got some chocolate as well. Still struggling to get most flavours. I even managed a couple of smoke rings to. Great draw and great construction even after having to cut it again after my terrible attempt at the first cut. A good solid cigar at a great price.

My second time enjoying this cigar. A great price but more importantly a great experience. Easy smoking for a medium to fuller medium strength. A strong recommendation to keep in your mixed humidor

unfortunately the 1st 3rd was badly plugged ( draw enhancer mostly fixed this ) but once through that , it was very pleasant , hoping the other one of the two purchased performs better
