Joya de Nicaragua Numero Uno L Ambassadeur Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Saturday 10 December, 2022
This incredibly smooth, creamy cigar is currently my favourite out of the C.Gar range Ive tried so far. Sublime, light to medium strength, burn is dependable & even. So much smoke from this all the way down past the label. I always have a couple in my stock. Not had a bad one yet & I have gone through many over the summer months.

Jose L Piedra Cazadores Cigar - 1 Single

Very enjoyable 40 minute smoke. Perfect burn and draw and the taste was medium strength and fairly dry if that makes sense. I am no expert but for the money these are incredibly good value. Will buy again

Guantanamera Cristales Cigar - 1 Single

Beware the pretentious folk choosing to downplay this cigar. You get what you pay for. Considering it’s price this is a fine smoke. Obviously it won’t compete with the pricier cigars available but all in all it exceeds expectations for its price point. In my opinion, considering it’s cost, anyone suggesting differently is short of funds and delusional in expectation.

Charatan Original Petit Corona Cigar - 1 Single

Im relatively new to the cigar world but have tried a few. Honestly this one really did not do it for me. I guess that you get what you pay for. Burnt very unevenly. Initial taste was mildly pleasant but quickly changed to a chore. Normally I savour the cigar right to the end, this one was thrown well before I got there. I got straw and autumn leaves. Unpleasant after taste. I started with Asda Invicta, then moved on to Montecristo no5, then Partigas Capitals. This by far the worst.

Alec Bradley Black Market Punk Petit Corona Cigar - 1 Single

I was so impressed with my first one of these that I ordered another and am now going to order some more because the second was every bit as good as the first. I usually only smoke Cubans rather than new world and only got onto the Alec Bradley Black Market because of a recommendation in Robert Graham in Cambridge. This robust cigar packs flavour, which others have done a fab job of describing. It’s not for the faint hearted but will reward those who like a smoke that delivers a bit of a punch (in a good way!). The draw is excellent and it burns smoothly. I had to relight a couple of times but that’s normal for me with all cigars as I don’t like to puff so much that the smoke gets hot. The cigar relit easily and burned well. I got around 50 mins out of each of the sticks I have smoked, smoking them all the way down. Even on the last few puffs when the smoke was running pretty hot it was with reluctance that I had to accept that the end was nigh, which to me is always the sign of a great cigar. I am awarding 5 because of the combination of quality and price, which makes these an affor
