Capstan Navy Cut Ready Rubbed Pipe Tobacco (Formerly Raisins) 25g Pouch
Date Added: Monday 30 September, 2024
This is one of my regular go-to smokes when I'd like something light but satisfying. I'd daresay say it's my favourite Virginia, more so than Full Virginia Flake/Plug. While it might lack the complexity of the FVFs (and its closely related counterparts like Best Brown) for some, this one just suits my palate a lot more, and it's one I frequently come back to. Recommended to me by some random guy on Reddit, so I picked a pack up. It didn't actually hit me or grab me at first, but by the fifth or sixth bowl, its appeal was readily apparent. It's sweet, well-rounded, and has some subtle undertones too, such as raisin. Also it smells DELISH

I get it 2 week's ago from leeds . It was dry when I opened it. However, part of that, when I made it fresh and wet after 3 days, I can say Has a light, sweet smoke to it that reminds me of champagne. This blend must be smoked slowly to really let it shine. If you smoke it too quickly, you will loose the beautiful delicate flavor.

Chester Walnut Veneer Glass Top Humidor - 25 Capacity
Date Added: Monday 30 September, 2024
Good Humidor, i have been using it for a month now and has held up well, I'd recommend using the digital Hygrometer as the front is not as accurate. Can hold 25, id recommend attaching the velcro stickers lower than you think as its not particularly tall due to the sealing method. A good starter humidor.

Revor Plug Pipe Tobacco 50g Pouch
Date Added: Sunday 29 September, 2024
Just good honest proper tobacco, like I seem to recall my Grandfather smoking. Keeps and ages well being a plug. Cuts and rubs out easily. An hour of drying time to ensure a reliable burn. ?then just relax and enjoy the scent and flavours. Delightfully woody and smoky. I wouldn?t call it an aromatic, but there is sufficient there to keep tweaking the interest and requiring another draw to see if you can place that flavour- scent. Hint: Christmas cake. During a ?John MacNab? gloriously rainy fortnight in the remotest West Coast of Scotland I was hoping for a baccy breakthrough having previously bought much recommended tobacco only to be somewhat disappointed, or at best underwhelmed. This did not disappoint. Hence, when I jet off for a week of sun in Mallorca this is the only pipe tobacco I need to take. The real deal.

Mitchellero Peru Robusto Extra Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Sunday 29 September, 2024
Very disappointed. Just tried to smoke a Mitchellero Robusto Extra. Very difficult to draw and was very tightly packed and dry at the end. I stored it exactly as I did with others ones in the set that were fine.. Had to cut a bit more and still no smoke. Wrapper started to unravel and in the end I gave up. Maybe it was just a bad one in a batch but I was surprised as I purchased this in a sampler pack and yesterday I smoked a Mitchellero Gordo and that was excellent. I have tried Mitchellero before and never had a problem. Sorry for the gripe but I thought I would just give an honest review and reading the other reviews, everyone else seemed to enjoy it.

Tatuaje Cafe No. 7 Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Friday 27 September, 2024
The pre smoke aroma of this cigar is exception. Rich leather and plum notes. The smoke was very smooth and even. The final third was particularly flavourful but retained a delicate edge for such a dark cigar. Very much punching above it's weight for the price.
