Like the majority of the Partagas line, a well-made medium strength, medium flavored smoke (unless of course you are a weak-kneed sort) that can be enjoyed any time of day.

A fine cigar overall. A quailty wrapper with an even burn. I always have a montecristo before i go on stage in my native finland. A good choice is the Montecristo A of which i sampled before my eurovision win.

i had a great one on the roof the other day--leathery, very pleasant. but, a box has winners and losers, it was my 4th and best yet of the tubed.

Typical Monte taste. Correction. Would have the typical Monte taste if the one I had wasn`t plugged solid. The number of stars doesn`t reflect this - I like Montes. ;-)

Not unlike the Petit Tubo, a classic Montecristo flavor in a can. The extra length vs. the petit seems to give it time to develop some bitterness late.

A little bit better then the Petit Tubos. Good earthy and leathery flavour. Draws well and burns evenly. A bit tarry towards the end, though.
