As I prefer a mild to medium smoke, the R&J Chuchill provides one of the most satisfying experiences. The beauty of any churchill is that its length and breadth of smoke exposure to the leaves better enhances the flavor, and with this cigar, exhibits a consistantly mild, even flavor without being bland or leaving a harsh aftertaste. My only complaint is that, over the years, this cigar has developed a tendancy to burn unevenly, a nuisance requiring inconvenient maintenence. To this end, I have found that a very complete, uniform lighting, followed by an unusually patient, non excessive initial drawing, can better ensure an even burn for the balance of the smoking.

Unlike many of the reviews below, I found this a fairly strong cigar, although I havent smoked too many of these.

An oft-heralded overpriced Julieta 2 vitola that is well suited to those smokers (seasoned or tyro) that seek a light bodied very subtle smoke for morning or daytime whiles. LGC Tainos, Punch Churchills and Boli CGs remain for those who really enjoy robust smoking at good value.

Good construction with a nice draw. Plenty of good woody flavors with a hint of nuts. Slightly bitter near the end. Very enjoyable.

this is a very satisfying cigar. mild, but well seasoned with a almost almond-like taste. Not sure of the significance of the cedar wrapping, although it added a wonderful scent to the box. i was very satisfied

Very nice cigar. I hesitated before buying some because of previous reviews and a slight dissatifaction with the RyJ range. The Cedros No.2 is a very pleasant light to medium cigar with a fragrant, but not very complex, taste. Theyre certainly very enjoyable smokes and much higher quality than the ubiquitous "RyJ Tubo" - this will put a smile on the face of those who like light to medium cigars.
