St Bruno Ready Rubbed Pipe Tobacco 50g Pouch by Ben

I found this really quite pleasant and easy to smoke. It's reasonably strong but not too much, it's not overly aromatic either which I wouldn't be a fan of.

J. Cortes High Class Honduran Cigar - Orange - 1 Single by Carl

This cigar was surprisingly good for a budget cigar. I paired it with a smoked coffee and they complimented each other brilliantly. It was a smooth draw, even burn with lots of smoke (which i love). The retro hale gives a lovely white pepper taste and a mild but nice creamy finish in the mouth. Its not a complex cigar as it shouldnt be for ?7 and machine rolled. Lasted 50 mins and left me feeling relaxed and calm. This is the only budget brand i have found that i enjoy. I usually smoke ?15-25 pound cigars but honestly i will buy more of these just as a cheap mid week smoke.

Nice with a cup of coffee but I wouldn?t recommend it to a friend.

Perla Del Mar Corojo - Robusto Cigar - 1 Single by Henry

Not that great really. The first third was very bitter, almost to the point of being unpleasant. The second third was noticeably better, becoming smoother and developing coffee and spicy flavours. The final third was a bit much as the bitterness returned along with an almost tarry flavour. In fairness this is a cheap cigar, and it was very well constructed, burning well too.

Davidoff 702 Series Aniversario Short Perfecto Cigar - 1 Single by Matthew

I am a huge fan of Davidoff and this was everything I love about the brand. Flawless construction and draw, rich but subtle flavours and a perfectly balanced finish. Cannot recommend this highly enough.

Quai d Orsay No. 52 Cigar - 1 Single by Matthew

I was recommended this stick as a lover of mild Cubans. I have tried the 50 a couple of times but found it a little bland. This on the other hand was a real delight with buttery smooth cream, toasted nut and plenty of aromatics. There was a surprising amount of evolution over the 75 minutes it lasted and it paired beautifully with a reserve Gewurtztraminer I had recently picked up in France.
