The cheapest cigar i've bought, yet one of the best. For less that two pounds, it's a bargain. A lovely 20-30 minute cigar. Due to the small gauge, it's high maintenance when it's lit.

This was my first cigar of this size range. Unfortunately i didn't buy it here as i wanted the humidifying tube with it (which is pretty damn good)........... perhaps this will act as a recommendation for the site :)
First off, it lasted WAY longer than the 45 minutes generally claimed on this cigar, near enough an hour and a half actually.
It was an absolute b***h to light (use a blowtorch rather than matches for this one), and once it was lit, it burned very uneven for the first twenty minutes, which i was very careful to rotate to even out as it burned.
I think there may have been something wrong with the one i bought, as the draw was fairly tight, and i would have to go nuts on it to get a decent mouthful of smoke. The huge amount of drawing it needed for some decent smoke caused it to run VERY hot. It would probably have lasted even longer if that weren't the case.
Even trying as hard as i was to keep it burning properly, it went out. So i had to brush off the ash and relight it quickly while it was warm to avoid further struggle.

this is a good smoke, smooth, good draw and subtlely complex flavours.
Well constructed and burned very evenly. A good value Cuban for £2.00 less than some others.

Quite a reasonable smoke though it last a lot longer than the Exquisitos I find the latter much more enjoyable.

Did not enjoy this cigar. Very uneven burn and went off TWICE.Wrapper did not match filler burn.

A recent pack of these I had (not from here) were a real disappointment. One wrapper and binder was so badly split and unravelled that the cigar was unsmokeable. The other four in the pack were very solid and plugged at the band or between the band and foot - over-filled I think. One was plugged so badly it was impossible to get it to even light, never mind draw, another two very hard work, and the plugs got worse as the cigar heated up. Even relieving them with a steel skewer did little to help. A pity as the flavour is actually not bad at all. Hopefully these examples were from from an isolated bad batch.
