Cohiba Behike BHK 52 Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Saturday 31 December, 2011
a very nice cigar indeed, even though this was my first behike, i enjoyed it very much. i accompanied it with a glass of port and it seemed to match it perfectly. the only downfall for me is, it was too short and i couldnt enjoy the full flavours for long enough as the cigar started to turn bitter and very hot towards the last 3rd loosing sum flavour and replacing it with a harsh smoky taste. i may have smoked it too quickly as i was very excited to try it.but all in all a very very enjoyable smoke for the first 2/3. i shall defiantley buy another and and make it last longer and cant wait to see what the 54 and 56 have to offer. my advice is as it is a small cigar please take your time too fully enjoy the earthy, leathery/ spice flavours this cigar has to offer. dont jump in like i did and smoke fast because flavour and smoothness becomes harsh. 8/10 for me but thats because i didnt take my time. c.gars ltd did a great job in supplying me with this product very quickly and hassle free and even threw in a box of matches and a mint. very pleased and will be coming back 100%. tha

Xikar Xi3 Cigar Cutter - Redwood
Date Added: Sunday 27 November, 2011
The best cigar cutter you can buy, HOW TO DEAL WITH A PLUGGED HARD TO DRAW CIGAR, When the cigar wrapper is applied starting at the foot and ending at the cap the wrapper is twisted like an old fashioned sweet wrapper, cut then pushed into the end to form a flat surface for the cap to be applied, if too much of twisted wrapper is pushed into the head of the cigar it can become plugged, SO HOW TO REDUCE / ELIMINATE HARD DRAW (1) Try rolling the head between your thumb and four finger for about 30 seconds this may loosen the the plugged tobacco (2)Cut the cigar again further down the cap but above the cap rim (3)If (1) or (2) don't work get a needle and gently penetrate several holes to about half the length of the needle in the head parallel with the cigar. MAKE SURE YOUR CIGAR CUTTER IS SHARP so that it cuts the tobacco and not compresses it and KEEP YOUR CIGARS AT BETWEEN 65 to 70% HUMIDITY IN YOUR HUMIDOR.

When they're good. they're very good. Mild and tasty. But far too many failures (difficult to draw) in a box.

Adorini Torino Black Deluxe Cigar Humidor - 30 Cigar Capacity (AD059)
Date Added: Saturday 26 November, 2011
This is an excellent high quality humidor to store your box of cigars, cedar lined and ribbed to improve airflow, latest acryl polymer humidifier and precision hair hygrometer, IF YOU ARE ONLY USING YOUR HUMIDOR TO STORE YOUR CIGARS AND NOT FOR AGING THEN I WOULD ADVICE STORING A WEEKS CIGARS IN INDIVIDUAL SCREW OR BUNG END TUBES OR A TRAVEL HUMIDOR OUTSIDE YOUR HUMIDOR, WHY? Cigar wrappers contain natural aromatic oils like coffee beans which gives the cigar it's flavor, every time you open your humidor and you smell that lovely smell of cigars you are letting the wrapper oils evaporate, yes your humidifier will replace the moisture loss when opening your humidor but it wont replace the natural oils of the cigar so keep a lid on it and keep the flavors in.

Por Larranaga Petit Coronas Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Sunday 20 November, 2011
A fabulously mild to medium cigar for the beginner to Cuban cigars or for anyone who prefers a mild to medium smoke from the oldest Cuban cigar makers still in existence, So band on or off, this is a matter of your preference, if you want to remove the band DO NOT FORCE REMOVE THE BAND you will damage the wrapper and may cause the wrapper to unwrap, if the band will not slide off naturally wait until the cigar is warm and the glue holding the band has softened, When do I stop drawing? the answer is when you see wisps of smoke at the ash wrapper interface this tells you your mouth is full of smoke, How much of the cigar should i smoke? the answer is smoke the cigar until you don't like the taste anymore, the more of the cigar you smoke the more you are honoring the highly skilled person that made the cigar.
