An excellent pipe cleaner especially with them being tapered.They push through a pipe easily and do not bend like some. Thanks CGars for stocking these.

Until now my opinion of Montecristo cigars was somewhat negative. I'd tried a couple but with bad results. The first was a "tubed," no. 4 which I smoked only half of and then left because I didn't enjoy it whatsoever, maybe it was a dud.The second was from the "Open," range and again I wasn't impressed at all so it was with trepidation that I approached this cigar. It was, however, third time lucky. Right from the start I knew this was something special. Wonderful mellow flavours that only a Cuban can provide. In the past I'd tried the H. Uppmann version but this is the "real deal." Could become my cigar of choice. Thoroughly recommended. I must now try the Petit Edmundo though.

Montecristo Puritos Cigar - Pack of 5

Great! Perfect draw, consistency and flavour. Slightly tighter and spicier than the milder r&j equal. I couldn't pick between the two. They are both superb little beauties! Puritos a firm fave size! I also love the third manufacturer of the purito size but they are more expensive however slightly wider. Tough decision. Smoke all three, job done!

Oh dear. I really wanted to like this and it to be a nice smoke after reading the reviews. However, I found it rather tasteless and it burnt really unevenly. It also made me dizzy! Perhaps I should stick to mild cigars.

Big fan of Davidoff. First third quite sweet if a little dull. Second third gets more spice and a big uplift in character. Last third is by far the best. Worth I try, I'm guessing you will love it or hate it.

Montecristo Media Corona Cigar - 1 Single

First time smoking this cigar, and it was.. OK. The construction of this cigar is great so no problems there, completed this in about 25 minutes, only ashed out twice and pared this with some coffee in the morning. For me though it lacked in flavour, I mainly picked up some sharp pepper on the lips that faded quickly, a slight grass and hay aroma, and a very flat earthly tobacco throughout, not much change. My only gripe with this cigar unfortunately was that moments after finishing it my mouth felt very dry, almost like drinking gin and tonic and having that overall dry sensation, which I didn;t expect. I personally wouldn't pick this up again, but i think if was aged for a few weeks or months maybe some flavours could of matured
