Inka Secret Blend Blue Bombaso Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Thursday 16 March, 2017
For me my smoking time is limited to a good walk with the dogs, usually on the weekend, so I look for a quality cigar that doesn't break the bank but provides me with about an hour or so of pleasure. After three years of trying cigars from cgarsltd.c.uk I think I have hit the holy grail. Previous stubby cigars have left my feeling nauseous but this was a real pleasure to smoke. The first third was both tangy and sweet with a delightful aroma, the second a smooth salty nutty smoke and the final third was a consistent light hay taste. There was no harshness or bitterness to this stick but it was light, however by gosh it was pleasant. My only complaint is the sheer gauge of the thing (I only have a small mouth). If cGars can replicate the taste in a smaller ring gauge I am sold. Otherwise, I will be ordering a whole bundle of these.

Drew Estate Undercrown Maduro Flying Pig Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Tuesday 14 March, 2017
If you like being 'Ballsy' with your cigars this is an enjoyable 40 minutes. Once started you can send smoke signals from 30metres down the garden... not one for hiding from your wife. I will say for the price, you may as well buy the Undercrown Belicoso at £16.59 and get more cigar for your money. I do love the Undercrown range, never disappointing and always a firm construction with a light draw and plumes of smoke and great aroma. Would I buy again? No, a little bit of a novelty in the market. However, I will continue to purchase some more Drew Estate Undercrown's.

Montecristo No. 1 Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Monday 13 March, 2017
Once upon a time Montecristos were one of my favourite brands and I used to buy them in large quantity. With some trepidation I just tried a No.1 after years of not smoking them and unfortunately the trepidation was justified. The draw on this cigar was ridiculously tight and so the first two inches were really quite miserable. After that poor start things did improve though and there was 10-15 minutes worth of reasonable enjoyment when the draw normalised and the flavours calmed down to a mellow nuttiness. Nevertheless poor value for money if that really is representative of the brand now.

Davidoff Winston Churchill Traveller Belicoso Cigar - Tin of 4
Date Added: Thursday 09 March, 2017
After giving these cigars two weeks to condition in my humidor I thought it was time to try the Belicoso and I was not disappointed. A very well constructed cigar with a great even burn with a white ash that didn't fall until near the end of the cigar and loads of smoke. When first lit I thought it gave me an earthy taste of grass and pepper that was followed with sweet dark chocolate and a creamy flavour mid way through. A lovely medium strength cigar that is a welcome addition to the humidor that can rival small Cuban cigars athe a very reasonable price.
