After trying many of the Padr?n line from the thousand series in both natural and maduro to the '64s, '26s and family reserve lines, these are my firm favourite and not just for the lower price tag. The blends are different in the natural and maduro, not just the wrapper. The naturals are more medium bodied with less spice. Flavour has more sweetness, often a touch of caramel, with more focus on woodiness, cocoa and biscuit notes. The best I've had have even shown touches of floral complexity and some citrus. The maduro versions are notably stronger, spicier and with more bitter dark chocolate, leather and charred qualities. The strong biscuit aroma from the unlit tobacco on these is gorgeous as well. I find, personally, a little more complexity and subtlety in the naturals and the sweeter profile with even a hint of cream in the best ones is more my thing. Blend consistency does vary a fair bit and I find the ones with a slightly richer rosado to the wrappers tend to have a little more richness, and draws are always loose to perfect, never too tight. Pretty good cigar. Considering its only 3 1/2 inches long it lasted me a solid 1hr and 30. Taste wise it was perfectly balanced,didnt get too hot as you got closer to the nub and was fairly consistent.

Had one of these today in the smoking lounge in Turmeaus Chester.
Truly delicious cigar. The draw was absolutely perfect, smoke bellowing out - very cool and fresh in the first third, nice light flavours.
Excellent cigar from start to finish, one I’ll be having again and again.

A good sized cigar with a peppery start, like many Puro. This soon settles down into a mild coffee, cedar and cream flavour (my palate). Good smoke output, but some minor rapper issues with splitting both at the first 3rd and the final third. Despite this, this was an enjoyable Puro that I would try again. I am a great lover of Perdomo cigars and look forward to trying the Sun grown and Maduro varieties, which are already in my humidor!
