I received one of these in the April 2024 subscription pack. A really nice stick which was full of flavour and loads of creamy smoke. It was so good I smoked this down to the nub! A perfect burn and draw throughout. It did go out towards the end, but that's because I wasn't paying attention, but it re-lit and started going again straight away without any drama or loss of quality. Lots spice on the lips with this one. It held its ash really well too. I will definitely be adding this to my favourites list.

Perla Del Mar Corojo - Toro Cigar - 1 Single

My first from this range and thoroughly enjoyed it. Quite earthy with a hint of hay, and quite peppery as the smoke went on. Great draw and burn. Must have got over an hour and a half out of this with only a couple of touch ups needed along the way where it soon corrected itself. Would definitely buy again.

Really great, creamy and sweet flavours from these small but surprisingly long lasting cigars.
PDR claim these are half coronas but at a 50 ring gauge theyre more like short robustos, really great little stick

Had this In the humidor a couple of months. Thought I'd light it up tonight and so glad I did. Perfect burn, perfect draw, very mild with lots of sweetness. Overall a very enjoyable light smoke and I'll definitely have a few more for the humidor and hope they are all as good as this one!
Maybe I'll try the robusto as you'll be well over an hour with this one and If your torn between the 10th anniversary and this I'd recommend the 20th anniversary personally I found it far superior in taste.

Currently smoking this cigar, I was supprised it didn't come in a cellophane like the rest.
Pros:
Taste is a 4/5, with the white pepper on retro hail, not too sure if I can taste the cedar, the almonds is very subtle and the coffee bean not so much. It a creamy cigar for its size. The cigar does smell of a warm leathery note aroma which is not strong, but very nice smell.
Cons:
Kept going off and the burn is not even but you can touch it up and rotate the cigar for it to even out. The construction is not bad, despite an ever so slight crack on wrapper (nothing major).
This cigar has a lot of potential to be a 4.5 stars, for enjoyment if I could give it a 3.5, however, the rating will allow me only a 3 stars. I am sure if I buy again I wouldn't have the issues with relighting it.
Despite the rating, I would still recommend it.
