Oliva Serie G Cameroon Cigar - Tin of 5

I brought a tin of these a few months ago and have been sitting in my humidor. I lit one up this afternoon and paired it with a nice black coffee while watching the football. At the intial light i picked up some nice coffee and creamy like notes with a hint of spice, as the cigar transitioned into the second third i picked up a alomd like nutty flavour along with some cedar and spice. The final third was ok as the flavour changed to just spice and tobacco. This is a nice quick and easy smoke, if time is limited i would recommed this, probably will pick up a robusto size and see if that smokes and different to this size, overall i enjoyed the cigar.

Finally got round to smoking this! I’ve always said I love a lancero format. And with this high quality cigar it did not disappoint. As it’s long it was cool it was flavorful and it was nice the whole cigar lasted about an hour. I will definitely buy this again

I mainly like my Cubans but I keep coming back to this one. It’s a fantastic new world cigar. Don’t think I’ve had one that wasn’t perfect draw/construction/burn etc. It’s fairly strong but not overpowering at all. Smooth. Nice balance to it as you have the bitter base tones with a nice sweetness over the top. Also I quite like how they are box pressed and feel like you’re smoking a kazoo!!

Wow wow wow!!! If you like spice this is THE cigar to smoke. Absolutely fantastic. Loads of smoke, burns evenly and tastes sensational. Honestly wasnt expecting this from a small cigar. Immediately ordering the trio pack. Made my week. Do they do this in a super toro???

Smoked via punch cut
Very well constructed and lit well, burn was consistent throughout. Was a tight draw at first, but used the easy draw to open it up.
Quite a mild sweet taste, cedar undertones, unfortunately didn’t produce lots of smoke.
Lasted about a hour.
Easy enjoyable smoke, will buy again.

Sadly I have to give a bad review about this cigar for this specific reason.
When I carefully removed the access tobacco leaf from the cigar it also removed 75% of the maduro wrapper along with it leaving behind no wrapper just the filler and binder still tightly wrapped.
I still lit the cigar to see if it would smoke but after a few minutes it started to disassemble itself making it impossible to smoke and the few puffs I did get was like fresh air.
So I cannot give any flavour notes as this was impossible to do.
Hopefully this was just a one off but I do have another in the humidor to try at a latter time. Hopefully it wont have the issue.
