So, after eagerly awaiting this release I managed to get a hold of the Picadillo soon after. After some mixed good and bad experiences with previous New World cigars at the price point of £5 I wasnt sure what to expect, however, this cigar truly blew me away - but then again, I dont expect any less from Mitchell!
Firstly, the cigar was packed with tobacco very well, with no nasty bumps, veins or plugs. I found it to be more on the spongy side as opposed to the harder, tighter packed cigars - but I actually prefer this. The cut was good, with no ripping or unravelling, and the light was also pleasant; releasing lots of creamy smoke. I lit it pretty terribly on my walk through the woods, but within the first minute of lighting, the burn had evened out very well.
On the first third the picadillo came in with some spice on the tip of my tongue, yet was not overpowering. In the midst of the spice I was introduced to some cinnamon and cedar, to which really balanced out well across my palate. Montecristo Petit No. 2 Cigar - 1 Single

Had one of these saved in my humidor specifically to smoke after my daughters wedding whilst sitting around a blazing fire pit in the garden at 1 am with very dear fiends and a bottle of White Horse whisky, (who my dad worked for for 40 years).
It didn’t disappoint and was a great way to finish a wonderful day.

First off, looks and smells amazing. Nice shape and feel, a really great smoke. It’s now one of my favourite cigars. Pricey, but worth it for a special occasion or an evening smoke and a drink. Have already bought more.

Mitchellero Corona Cigar - 1 Single

Thought I would do a follow up review...I purchased these along with the robusto and other vitolas and found them harsh...but decided to take them out of the wrappers and leave in the humidor for a week or 2...glad I did.. they actually smell different...sweeter...and to be honest they are mellow...a nice smooth light smoke...even burn...maybe my first was just a bad one , but I have smoked another each of the vitolas and they are superb...so they will all be unwrapped and naked in my humidor....fantastic...thanks CGARSLTD...I will be ordering alot more soon.

Mitchellero Selection Sampler - 7 Cigars

This is the first time i have tried the Mitchellero series of cigars and i am very impressed.The quality construction and attention to detail is amazing.Also you get 7 cigars of very high quality for very little money.The only cigars that are missing from this fine selection is a toro and a churchill but i do hope they will come along very soon.i will order more of these fine smokes very soon
