My first time trying a proper cigar not some cheap rubbish from the shop. I thought it was very enjoyable. I do agree with some of the points about draw and tasting notes. Whilst it didnt taste bad, it wasnt outstanding, I would say its a more woody taste than chocolate or spices. But still a pleasure.
Coupled with a nice whisky its a very sociable cigar, its not too distracting from your drink or conversation but a nice surprise with each draw.
Mine lasted around 40 minutes.
Overall, Ill buy some more again, but Im also keen to carry on exploring with other tastes.

I do feel for those who have not had a good experience with this cigar. For the price I think this cigar has been excellent. I’ve been through 4 of them in the past month and each one has been most enjoyable. The draw leaves a little to be desired but I find the flavours wonderful. Not harsh in the slightest, some very nice spice and soft wood flavours. For under £8 I really don’t think you can go wrong.

Oh dear, this is really not a very nice cigar. It was really harsh on my throat and it actually hurt the next morning. First time a cigar has ever done that. It was like smoking a woodbine. Draw and burn were okay, but flavours were non-existent, unless you count old socks. Considering the price, I guess you get what you pay for.

When I received this cigar, it was fairly dry. After a few months in the humidor it was still kinda dusty. It burned fairly quickly, and tasted like cigarette ash. The draw was as loose as a straw. I was not impressed. I said so in a review that is now gone, guessing its because I ignored an email asking me if I wanted another one on the house. Nice sentiment, but Im an adult - I spent my money on something and came to a conclusion.
Try one and buy one, but dont expect the earth.

Bought as part of a bundle to try other sizes in the range but I found it too big in the ring gauge. 60mins smoking with a tight draw but it didn’t burn evenly although this could be because of my inexperience in lighting such fat cigars; it did have excellent ash retention. Same pleasant flavours as other Mitchelleros but for me it was too much

Mitchellero Corona Cigar - 1 Single

Disclaimer Ive only had one of these, but it was mighty impressive, burned straight and was an enjoyable if a little mild flavour smoke. Medium strength, lasted me an hour, never went out! Only gripe was a large vein in the wrapper, but didnt get in the way of enjoyment. Amazing for the price.
