Mitchellero Robusto Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Tuesday 21 February, 2023
Im still fairly new to premium cigars but I have tried a good selection of different brands/tobacco types and so far this is the one I have enjoyed the most. This has been more enjoyable than the Cubans I have tried so far and at a fraction of the cost. Really pleasent easy going smoke, ideal for beginners, never needed to re-light and burnt very evenly. I think I have found my favourite and affordable regular cigar.

My Father Le Bijou 1922 Toro Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Monday 20 February, 2023
Smoked this on holiday in Madiera. For me was medium to strong. Good construction. Tangy, spicy bitterness of orange peel. Tasted remarkably similar to the Montecristo double edmundo I had with me too. Definitely Cuban spirit and heritage in these cigars.

My Father Flor De Las Antillas - Belicoso Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Monday 20 February, 2023
Was an enjoyable strong above medium body smoke. Reminded me of Cuban cigars was firey spicy and peppery throughout and occasional hints of creaminess. I found I got the most out of this smoke by retrohailing or breathing some out through the nose to add more depth of flavour. Reminded me much of the Montecristo. 1 hour 45mins burn time to the nub.

Mitchellero Picadillo Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Sunday 19 February, 2023
Further to my previous 1 star review I am pleased to offer an update, having now enjoyed a second Mitchellero Picadillo cigar. Firstly, may I thank the excellent customer service team at CGars for their response to my review, the possible explanation and the action they undertook. For so many companies we now deal with in our daily lives the term Customer Service is somewhat of a joke and seems to have nothing to do with ensuring the satisfaction of the consumer, so well done CGars. With regard to this second Picadillo, it was far, far better and for the price, a good value cigar. There is a great deal of actual smoke and my preference remains for the larger gauge Mitchellero Novellini, but sitting outside after an agreeable Sunday lunch with the remains of a bottle of red, this cigar provided a very good half hours enjoyment.

Mitchellero Robusto Cigar - 1 Single

Mitchell you have excelled yourself with the Mitchellero cigars having smoked Cubans in the distant past but now too expensive, these Mitchellero cigars are fabulous, fruity with a good draw and medium to medium full strength with solid white ash, highly enjoyable right to the end, lasting an hour, will be buying more of this range and will be pairing with a whiskey next time perhaps J & B, you cannot go wrong at under £8 for a quality Robusto

Mitchellero Picadillo Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Saturday 11 February, 2023
Sorry, but this was an awful smoke. Previously I have had the Mitchellero Novellini cigars, which I have happily given 5 stars, but this Picadillo was so loosely packed that is was almost half a cigar. After a short time of smoking the burn was so uneven that when one side was 1 cm of ash, the other was at 2.7 mm. I have a second cigar still to smoke, which I hope will be better and will report upon it again, but looking at other reviews this appears to be a common problem with the Picadillo, so I am not optimistic. CGars might like to check some of their stock to see what they think of it.
