An absolute classic and benchmark of the snuff world. Just the right amount of menthol strength that clears the head without knocking you out. Not the longest lasting notes but perfect for a quick sniff when the mood takes you and you fancy a quick refresh. This is the one to always have around and one you'll always go back to.

A very tasty and rich chocolate snuff. Think freshly baked rich chocolate brownies and you'll be pretty spot on. The chocolate note lasts for a good 20 minutes plus, which is probably it's downfall for me as it gets a bit much. One review mentioned good with coffee and I agree, to give a mocha taste.

Sadly this one is a hard pass. No hint of whiskey or vanilla, and only the smallest menthol. Unfortunately for my nose, the predominant flavour in this is cow manure. As someone from the country, this isn't exactly unpleasant, but certainly not something I'd choose to grind down and stick up my hooter.

An update on my review of 8th August for this cigar.
I was contacted by CGars regarding my review which outlined a poor specimen which I had received.
I was offered a replacement of refund. No quibble. I took the replacement which arrived quickly.
This is what I like about CGars staff. Excellent service and a genuine commitment to its customers.

This is the second time I’ve purchased this cigar, and it’s quickly becoming one of my favourites. The flavour profile is consistently smooth with that mix of earth, leather, and gentle spice that works beautifully from start to finish. The draw is reliable, the burn stays steady, and it delivers a satisfying smoke every time without trying too hard. For the price, it’s hard to beat a dependable, enjoyable cigar that keeps me coming back.

Picked this up as a £10 special from C.Gars, which is fitting given the Mitchellero line is Mitchell Orchant’s own house brand. At 4” x 60 it’s a stubby, almost comically thick little thing, and I went in expecting a quick, forgettable smoke. It turned out to be neither. The Peru line is handmade in Nicaragua from a blend of Nicaraguan and Peruvian long-filler, and that Peruvian component does something genuinely interesting to the profile.
The wrapper is a dark, oily natural leaf with decent tooth. Cold draw gave up raisin and a bit of barnyard. Construction was spot on — no soft spots, and while a 60 ring gauge can draw loose, this one had just enough resistance.
The first third opens with cocoa and a coffee-grounds bitterness in the good sense, with black pepper on the retrohale that settles after ten minutes. The middle third is where it earns its keep: cedar comes forward, the pepper recedes, and a leathery, faintly sweet core sits underneath.
