King Edward Specials Cigar - Pack of 5
Date Added: Tuesday 01 July, 2025
Jolly good little ten minute smoke, very good value, sorry to say better than the Inca. Draws and burns well with a nice mild taste will probably buy more for the pocket

Smoked these years ago a lot apart from the odd Romeo I could afford, found them one of the best cheap options, have another three in my latest selection to try before re-ordering, must persevere !

Kristoff Sumatra Lancero Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Monday 26 May, 2025
At first a pleasant smoke in the first third. As it went on I found it difficult to keep lit. Had to re-light it many times and by the second and third part' it got hot and kept going out. Taste wise very peppery and could not detect any other flavours. Disappo and would not buy again.

Kristoff Original Maduro Robusto Cigar - 1 Single

Enjoyable. Good draw. The sort of cigar you don't need to think about when you're smoking it. Perfectly unremarkable, which is sometimes just what you need.

K by Karen Berger Robusto Connecticut Cigar - 1 Single (End of Line)

Well, I couldn't disagree more with the previous review. I ordered the Robusto sampler pack, and all were great. This and the Cameroon were my favourite. Flavours of nuts and pistachio, creamy and smooth. This is one of my favourites from Cgars. To the touch, the cigar felt a little soft, and not well packed, but ash held really well, and smoked easily for 30-40 minutes. Perhaps a little longer in humidor, as maybe they need to firm up a little, but none of that stops it getting solid 5 stars!

I had such hopes for this cigar, they did not materialise. Neither did the flavours. The first third had notes of Park Drive, with the benefit of dirty cardboard. The second third had a hint of hay that had been scraped from a chicken coop floor some ten years after the fowls had perished. Surprisingly, in the worst possible way, the final third was like a three day old hamlet dog end that had been left on a sodden urinal floor, dried out and then reignited. The overall flavour left on my palette was of a Rotherham working men’s club ashtray. Measured against the delightful Macanudo Inspirado White experience of several days previous, this Karen the Sharon effort was nearly enough to turn me to vaping…. Genuinely, not a good purchase.
