Davidoff Winston Churchill The Late Hour Churchill Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Saturday 02 March, 2019
Very well constructed and looked nice, of course.. and for the price so it should. However I despise flavoured tobacco of any kind, but thought this might win me over. Nope. I couldnt help but sense the natural oils of the tobacco were being tainted - whiskey isnt a flavour I want in a cigar anyway and the second half showed some actual acrid and bitter qualities. Id have given these 3/5 but for the crowning insult.. the draw had practically no resistance at all, a real wind-tunnel.

Drew Estate Acid Blondie Cigar - 1 Single

This cigar is excellent value first of all. Lasted about 20 to 25 minutes and its was an incredibly sweet smoke. The sweetness was absolutely perfect and gave the cigar a very pleasant flavour. I would call this cigar an experience, but I prehaps wouldnt smoke them regularly, as I myself prefer a more traditional cigar, but never the less, a good cigar.

Have had two of these now, the first, in a word was beautiful! Nice sweet tip and a really smooth smoke all the way to the nub, however the second one was awful, the end was split, and there were cracks an inch down the wrapper! After nursing the first third, removed the band, more cracks!! Really effected the flavour as it caused burn issues for the whole cigar, If it was based on the first it would be 5 stars, however the experience with the second nocks a star off, hopefully I just got a dud, as could easily be a new favourite.

Davidoff Primeros Dominican Maduro Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Monday 28 January, 2019
I loved this little stick of goodness! Close my eyes and Im smoking a much more expensive cigar, refined and well defined. Which must be attributable to Davidoff being absolute masters of blending a great smoke from humble beginnings. The richness of the maduro wrapper just polishes off this little gem. For me theyre 5 star quality at a price anyone can afford ; whats not to like?

Drew Estate Acid Blondie Cigar - 1 Single

A fantastically sweet & yummy little stick that lasted to my surprise a good 45 or so mins and it stayed well lit all the way through. not much transition in taste, though I found it transitioned to a very pleasant grassy & sweet taste nearer the end as opposed to just sweet. the draw is creamy & top-notch. I was a long time machine made mini Cigar smoker & I would implore anyone like me to upgrade to these as the price is worth it & the difference in quality is very noticeable.

Been dying to try this for a while and today was the day. First things I noticed about this cigar straight out of the wrapper was the bouquet and the feel. The bouquet and I say that rather than the smell is like opening a pack incense sticks its that fragrant. The second thing I found was the feel of it, soft and velvety, a true sensory experience from the off. The wrapper leaves a sweet taste on the lips and the incense mixes with the sweet smoke; so the room note is not unpleasant. As for the smoking it was nice and pleasurable, starting mild and tangy and continuing up until midway when I found the taste strengthening, getting that acid tang only getting more acrid in the final third. A good 25minutes of quality smoke but not one Im going to be dashing back to. Personal preference, nothing more.
