My first Davidoff cigar ever, the only thing I didn’t like was I haven’t tried this cigar sooner! What a little dream this is. All the thing I’ve read about this brand are try for this entry level cigar, extremely well constructed with everything you’d expect from such a prominent producer. I will be making a big purchase on these and they will be a Staple if my much loved humidor!

1. Appearance & Construction.
Cigar looked lovely. Beautiful dark brown wrapper, slightly veiny but smooth to touch. Label looked real classy. Just a small visible imperfections as there was a hole in the wrapper below the label about 1.5cm above the cap.

2. Flavor & Aroma.
There is a strong earthy, leathery flavor with hints of spice. Gradually developing into a more spicy flavor as the smoke progressed. A spicy-ness that lingered on your palette but in a nice way. Flavours were well balanced and didnt get bitter at any point. Gotta give the Orchant selection its dues they seem to be able to balance strength and flavor. Did feel that the flavor was missing something not sure what but regardless tasted beautiful.

3. Smoking Characteristics.
Cutting and lighting came easy with this cigar. There was however a small issue of the wrapper staring to unravel but caused no issue with the smoke quality just more if a little annoyance. Think this may be due to the little hole in the wrapper. Cigar burnt unevenly and required a few touch ups here and the

This is no doubt a splendid and friendly pleasure to smoke.
Very mild with a slow, yet progressive and healthy burn - accompanied with a lovely white smoke and a beautiful aroma.
Definetley up there with my favourites to be sitting comfortably in my humidor.

Really enjoyed this medium strength sweet tasting cigar. The flavour left on the lips is great and i will definitely be ordering some more of these little beauties.

A very nice half an hour burner, very light and left me wanting more. Flavours not too overpowering, nice earthy tastes, would definitely get more of these for a good price. My first davidoff, and wont be my last
