Drew Estate Deadwood SJ Coronet Cigar - Tin of 10
Date Added: Saturday 21 March, 2026
First time trying these this afternoon whilst mowing the lawn. Lovely chocolatey smell out the box, and a nice draw that was just right, not too tight or loose. Even managed to use a v-cut on it, and the cap held well throughout. As others said there is an artificial sweetener added to the cap and you can taste the sweetness when it's in your mouth. I kinda liked it, though I'm sure that's a personal preference. I was surprised at how heavy and thick the smoke was coming out the wee thing! Ash was surprisingly strong too, and I got a couple of inches out of it, though I did suffer having to relight it quite a number of times (always seemed to need a touch-up when I knocked the ash off). Overall it was a mellow smoke, and wasn't too overpowering, so a good one for beginners (which I am!). I picked up the tin so I have more left to enjoy, maybe for when I'm having a break when out on the motorbike!

Don Tomas Clasico Lindos Cigar - 1 Single

This burned nice and even, and held ash well, no problems there. It slightly tunneled right near the end but that may have been my fault. Slightly toward the stronger ones i've had (as a beginner), but not unpleasant.

Drew Estate Orchant Seleccion Middleweight Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Saturday 07 March, 2026
This Drew Estate Orchant Seleccion Middleweight Cigar is a really good looking cigar I really like the band on it. Construction was very good, perfect draw, and even burn took me nearly an hour to smoke it. It was a very good experience. Only downside was it was a small one. I would recommend it it was unexpectedly complex.

On appearance a dark cigar which I thought may be too strong for my palette, with that in mind I was prepared for the full strength, however I was very pleasantly surprised to the mild sweet taste on my first draw which carried though to the end. It has and easy draw and I only had to relight the cigar once during what was nearly a 55 minute smoke. Overall this cigar has an enjoyable smoke with a pleasant taste and no real bitterness or aftertaste, A little pricey for my budget as an everyday smoke but would definitely put this on my favourites list for.

I don't know if it was this cigar in this vitolla, but the example I smoked was poorly packed and pretty lack lustre. The burn was inconsistent and very airy, what is all the fuss about with this brand?

Drew Estate Factory Smokes Maduro Toro Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Thursday 05 March, 2026
Received as a £10 try something new cigar and I'm not disappointed. Drew Estates budget line of cigars and is available in the USA at less than £3 a cigar; unfortunately, its considerably more over here. Nice looking cigar. Mocha coloured, slightly rough feeling but oily wrapper, faultless construction, well packed with a near perfect draw using a V cut, burn line was slightly wavy but caused no issues and needed no corrections. Huge amounts of thick smoke and ashed every half inch or so. Flavour profile is fairly standard with lots of leather and cedar upfront followed by bittersweet coffee and dry cacao, has a nice hazelnut and subtle sweetness in the last third. Solid cigar and decent value for money considering the cigar size.
