The tasting notes states that there Are vanilla, mango and exotic citrus notes, my first smoke all I got was hay and truffles. Not a bad thing I admit but after leaving the tobacco for a while the tasting notes are changing, still no citrus notes or vanilla. I much prefer the Stormy Skye tobacco from this company but only time will tell if this stuff will produce any thing worth writing about.

Mexican tobacco is one of the hardest to cultivate, a small mistake from the farm until the rolling time can ruin all the long process of create a super sweet and rich chocolate dark and oily wrapper. Nicaraguan and Mexican tobacco blends always compliment each other. One of my favourite combinations and one of the best wrappers in the world if the aging process is done properly. Treated myself to this beauty - yes, it’s expensive and no I probably could do without - but it so looks and feels the part. Superb design. Smooth and seemingly faultless mechanisms ensure a clean straight cut every time and manages the ‘V’ cut with ease. Job done!

Toro is always a great size, colder smoke and more complex. The combination of the spice of the Indonesian tobacco and the sweetness of the Nicaraguan Jalapa tobacco of this blend is very unique on the palate.
