Curivari Buenaventura BV Mini Maduro Cigar - Box of 20 by Francesco

Was really surprised with this mini cigar, they really pack a punch. Was not expecting much for the price but I have to say to my taste was a lot better than other more expensive Cuban cigars I have tried. Will definitely add more to the humidor.

Cohiba Shorts Cigar - 1 Single by Sam

First try of this short. Nice even burn. The first half I found to be very bitter, a little ashy. Second half, pepper and spice. Slight woody sensation. Overall probably not for me but I’m sure a nice smoke to some people.

CAO Cameroon Perfecto Cigar - 1 Single by Edgar

I was unlucky with my first try of this cigar, but Cgars acted swiftly to send a replacement and I'm glad they did! This one was a belter of a cigar, great construction and the flavours where sublime, initial woodiness into lovely coffee notes. Paired well with a coffee stout but would make a great breakfast cigar for sure, quite light in strength. Will definitely be buying more of these. Nice looking band that was thankfully easy to remove given the size.

Charatan Colorado Robusto Cigar - 1 Single by Mark

I received this as part of my monthly subscription box( something I would strongly recommend ) this was a cigar that was not on my radar or any must try list . So I didn’t know what to expect, but what a very pleasant surprise it was spending a nice 50mins in the company of this excellent and very unpretentious stick. Lots of smoke and a very even burn ,mild to medium cigar with a nice spice pepper under tone . I will definitely buy more, try and enjoy …. Happy relaxed cigar smoking … On a sb note the C.Gars subscription box is great value and like my experience above you try stick you might have over looked?

Casa Carrillo 15 Year Anniversary Gran Toro Cigar - 1 Single by RICHARD

I was excited to smoke this new 15 year Aniversario cigar from EP CARRILLO. It did not disappoint. The flavours of this cigar actually reminds me a lot of the La Historia, but even smoother and with a more strength. The smoothness is obviously due to the tobacco being aged for 15 years. This cigar was really good and the burn line was only perfect. The draw was slightly firm but by no means bad. My only slight negative is that the flavours didn't change much from 1st light up until the nub. However, this is not a big deal because the cigar has such beautiful flavours that I was happy with the linear flavour profile. If you are a fan of EP CARRILLO and enjoy his blends such as La Historia and the Pledge, you will definitely enjoy this cigar.

A great looking cigar but alas, it was impossible to draw any smoke! My efforts to deal with the plug finally opened up some pleasant flavours but the cigar was rapidly falling apart by this point. Maybe just unlucky this time!
