Benromach 15 Year Old - 43% 70cl

After trying the 10 year old i thought id try the 15 year old and i wasnt disappointed. A fruity almost sherry like start after that the complexity kicked in still fruity but then add in some cocoa and chocolate makes for a smooth finish.

A beautiful cigar. For the price you pay this is something you just cant leave out of your cart. Brickhouse double connecticuts in any size are easily my favourite. Spot on construction and a lovely very mild flavour. Highly recommended if youre getting into cigars and want something not too heavy that looks the part and wont hurt the bank balance.

This is by no means as good as a Cuban but that’s not to say that this is not a good cigar, especially at the price. The draw and burn were perfect and the taste and aroma pleasant. I have enjoyed these quite a few times now and have never been let down. I always have some of these in my humidor as a solid afternoon smoke. The flavours definitely develop with hints of white pepper.
