Received one of these in my monthly selection box. It had a great draw and nice even burn. It had a nice woody taste most of the way through, on the 2nd third I started to taste a hint of coffee mixed in. The final third was a bit too bitter for me to smoke but this may well have been my own fault. I would certainly recommend it to try.

Fairly strong, but not overpowering with subtle flavours which produce an overall satisfying 45-50 minute smoking experience. Whilst not perfect, it is definitely worthy of a place in the wider AVO cigar line-up.

Some nice flavours from this cigar although it was sadly let down by poor construction (wrapper peeling in several places and uneven burn).

I am fairly new to cigars and the best cigar I have tried is the Montecristo no2 but have also enjoyed the Hoyo de Monterey. Anything fuller than that does not seem to be my preference. Having said that, I definately wont be buying this Antonio Gimenez Robusto again. It tasted like I was smoking dried grass with a newspaper wrapper.

An atrociously uneven burn throughout sadly let this cigar down, perhaps I got a dud? Despite all attempts to try and even things out and get back to normal it remained a decidedly lopsided smoke and became a bit of a chore. As a consequence things got a bit soggy in the final third. However, the cigar was relatively smooth, very flavoursome, decently strong without being overpowering, and it left a pleasant taste in the mouth.

what a good cigar, I have now smoked 2 of these bad boys and theres loads of smoke with a lot of creamy taste. the last 3rd i have to say defo was a bit stronger on the taste but ash held up well and lasted me about 40 minutes. beautifully constructed and would recommend to anyone!!!
