Romeo y Julieta Petit Julietas Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Wednesday 20 July, 2022
As others have commented this offering has a very tight draw but it does have good leather/coffee flavours with an even, 25mins, burn. Overpriced though; I enjoyed the smoke but it is not worth buying more I do

Romeo y Julieta No. 3 Tubed Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Sunday 10 July, 2022
Very pleasant cigar. Easy to cut, light and smoke, with a strong yet not overwhelming flavour, making it suitable for a cigar beginner such as myself. Rather powerful aroma and taste of spice, definitely a cigar that can be enjoyed both in the cold winter or warm sunny weather. I may order a box of these cigars

Regius Connecticut Gran Toro Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Wednesday 08 June, 2022
For a “gran toro” size, it’s decent value for money. I’ve had the “grandido” before and found it a brilliant smoke for a Churchill size. This was OK, but it had a very ‘powdery’, ashy burn to it, which let it down a bit, and gave it a dry taste. That said, it burned evenly and lasted as long as you’d expect; getting on for two hours. For a few quid more, I’d go for the Brickhouse “Mighty Mighty” instead in future.

Romeo y Julieta No. 3 Tubed Cigar - 1 Single

As I removed this from the tube and smelt it I could smell the strong spice, after I cut it which was nice easy and clean I found it easy to light and it lit evenly and burn evenly all the way through. The strong spice flavour made this cigar so enjoyable and I found even though the spice flavour died down in the final quarter the cigar was full of flavour and smoked beautifully. One of the best Cubans Ive had and for the price you really cant argue. I would recommend this cigar to anyone.

Romeo y Julieta Mille Fleur Cigar - 1 Single

These little RyJs are a perfect morning or pre-dinner cigar, these are type of vitola is I started my cigar journey some 22+ years ago. I wouldnt contemplate lighting one of these little chaps until they have passed their 3rd box date birthday! The flavour of these cigars really improves with age, the review cigar here is box date 2008 and they are smoking really well now. I always have at least two boxes in my aging humidor and this is the cigar I would give to someone new to cigars to get them thinking about aging (Id get them to try a younger one and an aged one for comparison) Im sure the aging improves the draw on these, the flavours are mild to medium I find them floral and woody with a coffee and slight leather on the finish, this is not a super complex cigar but a great 40 minutes of smoking pleasure, if your thinking of getting some of these, get an aged one if you can, if not age it yourself and you will be rewarded of your patience!

Ramon Allones Specially Selected Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Thursday 05 May, 2022
Never had one until last week. Wow! One of if not the best cigars Ive ever smoked. Draw was absolutely perfect. Lovely and loose. Burn and construction was also perfect. Taste was excellent and rich. Tasted a bit like Punch cigar proile to start with for me, with sweet hazelnuts, treacle and vanilla but then develops a bit and gets a bit more bitter flavours with coffee, oak and spice. Sounds weird but it almost had a slight colone type scent and taste but in a nice way! I also found the scent in the air to have an almost wood campfire type scent which I found pleasantly suprising. This cigar would be the perfect cigar for smoking after eating some fine red meat BBQd on the campfire while watching the sunset on a summers evening after a days hunting. For the price these are exceptional. In my opinion not quite as tasty as a Cohiba robusto but only by a whisker and for pretty much half the price!
