Jose L Piedra Brevas Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Monday 28 September, 2020
A must-have for every humidor. These are unique short filler hand-rolled cigars (and they are packed) like I would expect to find rolled on a farm in Cuba. Now it tastes almost like a Bolivar but heavier and more earthy. I would just like to mention this might be more suited to an experienced cigar smoker as the draw is not easy and the cigar makes you work to get the unique aromas out of it, but it is worth it. I smoke a wide range of cigars and this one is in my top 5 must-have as it is a budget cuban with attitude.

Juan Lopez Seleccion No. 2 Cigar - Box of 25
Date Added: Thursday 24 September, 2020
First let me thank JUAN LÓPEZ and (the Cuban people) so much for this unique cigar. medium To full body, the draw, burn, and constrection are amazing. Varied bouquet of Flavors, aromas, and after tastes.. Such as grassy, earthy, walnut, cider, leather, salt, Barley, and creamy smoke. I will make sure keeps a large number of these fancy sticks in my cigar humidors. Thank you so much C.GARS , Michelle Adler for all excellent choices and services. ✨

Joya de Nicaragua Antano CT Toro Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Sunday 20 September, 2020
Over the years I’ve enjoyed many cigars from Joya, this hasn’t been any exception. I found this cigar to be very medium in strength throughout, with notes of woodiness, pleasant light fruity notes also and some hints of earthiness but nothing like you’d expect traditionally from a Joya. Personally the size was what made me choose this cigar, feels good in the hand with a good size allowing a nice cool smoke, very pleasant cigar to smoke and would recommend especially for those who might seek a cigar with more delicate sweeter notes then the traditional heavier Nicaraguan cigars out there. Lasted just over an hour but felt the cigar smoked best at a slow pace which wasn’t always easy to do, for the flavours certainly made you want to puff frequently away. I’m rating 4 stars for I feel it’s a very good cigar, but not the 5 stars meaning excellent! I need not mention construction for that was perfect and consistent like every Joya I’ve ever smoked.

Very good at that price tag. Draw was great, burn slightly uneven, but delivered nice flavors, nice nutty oily touches. A bit of bitterness here and there, but overall a very enjoyable smoke. I also tried the chisel selection from them and this is not only cheaper, its built better and delivers a lot more in a smaller package.

Joya de Nicaragua Cabinetta Robusto Cigar - 1 Single

Floral, slightly earthy, slight tobacco/Connecticut, sweet from the dark wrapper. Changing flavours throughout. Held back by some bitterness though. Smoked it as far as I could, well into the dark wrapper. Very nice even burn. This is a well constructed cigar. Good value for the size.
