Have had two of these now, the first, in a word was beautiful! Nice sweet tip and a really smooth smoke all the way to the nub, however the second one was awful, the end was split, and there were cracks an inch down the wrapper! After nursing the first third, removed the band, more cracks!! Really effected the flavour as it caused burn issues for the whole cigar,
If it was based on the first it would be 5 stars, however the experience with the second nocks a star off, hopefully I just got a dud, as could easily be a new favourite.

I loved this little stick of goodness! Close my eyes and Im smoking a much more expensive cigar, refined and well defined. Which must be attributable to Davidoff being absolute masters of blending a great smoke from humble beginnings. The richness of the maduro wrapper just polishes off this little gem. For me theyre 5 star quality at a price anyone can afford ; whats not to like?

Nice smooth and easy draw.there is little bit on harshness but rest of its good cigar.

Really nice cigar , The core flavours consist of a lovely leather and ceder wood flavour with a touch of sweetness on the draw and a nice peppery finish , Then towards the halfway mark the pepper dies down to make way for a nice smooth cream this continues until the band where the pepper returns backed up with a medium strength that finishes the cigar off nicley , perfect draw , loads of smoke and long white ash, the only bad point is that I bunt my fingers on the nub as I couldnt get enough of it !

This is without a doubt the nicest cigar I have had. The Late Hour was a beautiful smoke accompanied with an Irish coffee. The burn, the draw and the aromas I got from this beaut was very enjoyable! My new favourite.

Nice cigar constructed well. First part of the first third was medium to full, coffee and earthy notes with a good amount of pepper on the finish. Nice spices come through and the smoke output was incredible. Was like holding a stick of incense! Not one for indoors. The rest of the first third settles down to medium flavours with the pepper and spices fading but the coffee and earth remaining. The second third didnt have much change more of a roasted coffee this time and earthy notes. The finish is quick and pleasant. The final third was more of the same with some coco coming through. A little kick of nicotine but didnt blow my brains out. Overall a nice smoke although the burn was a little wavey. Some subtle sweet and salty notes throughout and not much of a change through the thirds. About a 50min smoke. Worth a try.
