Chester Walnut Veneer Glass Top Humidor - 25 Capacity by Simon

I purchased this prior to lockdown and thought it appropriate to write a review now that I have been using this product for a few years, and about to upgrade. This is excellent as a first humidor and maintains humidity reasonable well. The capacity is sufficient for someone who is smoking shortly after purchasing cigars, but not for laying cigars down for any great period of time (unless you have the patience of a saint!). The hygrometer is not very accurate however if used with Boveda bags then the issue is a minor one. The capacity is listed at 25 but if you are carefully and rotate regularly then it will hold a few more than that. Overall, this is an excellent place to start and represents good value for money.

Conquistador Short Robusto Cigar - 1 Single by john

My first or maybe second cigar from this brand , it may have just been this one cigar ( I have others in my humidor ) but really unpleasant taste of burnt paper and a draw like a straw , bitter nasty taste with such a fast burn it only lasted less than ten minutes with very few puffs ,I am hoping this was maybe a one off dodgy cigar and not indicative of how the others from the brand I bought to try will be .

Chinchalero Perla Cigar - 1 Single by Rolf

A quite mild smoke really and mine was unfortunately poorly constructed. There appeared to be a hole running right the way down the cigar, which led to me having to pull quite hard to get anything out of it. I will probably buy again as these are very cheap and the flavours were mild and slightly sweet at first, but ruined somewhat by the heat produced by drawing so hard. I guess I just got a bit of a dud, not the end of the world though.
